Have lived in the area for years. In the past, I would avoid this location because of poor service and delayed orders. Have gone back recently, and it seems to have made a turn around. Customer service much better and orders come out promptly. Not sure if this aligned to the new ownership, but keep up the good work.

Primo Hoagies makes the best cheesesteaks I’ve ever had, with perfectly seasoned meat and melted cheese in every bite. The rolls are always fresh and hold everything together without getting soggy. The balance of flavors, from the tender steak to the rich cheese, is absolutely perfect. Every bite is packed with authentic taste, and the portions are generous. If you’re craving a top-notch cheesesteak, Primo Hoagies is the place to go!

Being honest, little let down by the Big-T diablo. Too bready, and bread was probably 2-3 days old, was more than enough room for meat. Overloaded with the veggies made this sandwich forgettable. Just expecting a little more for $15. disappointed with the value on this one. The store was clean and well kept.
The sandwich makers should also wear gloves when preparing food IMO.... for those two things, i gave 3 stars.
