Al's Cone Zone offers great ice cream with generous portions at affordable prices. The people are super nice, and the ice cream, hotdogs, and cookie sandwiches are all highly praised by customers. The portions are HUGE and definitely a good value, with speedy but pleasant service. Plenty of picnic style seating under an umbrella or on a bench in the shade makes it a comfortable spot to enjoy treats like a quart of malted milk shake or a junior pomegranate dole whip. While parking can be a bit challenging when crowded, there are often ample spots available, especially on weekdays. The owner and employees are always very kind and helpful, making it a welcoming destination for all.
