I'm not a perfectionist Chinese diner, I use a fork not chop sticks when eating here. I like Oriental and American food . When I eat here I eat what appeals to me be it General Tso's or frog legs. All dishes , that I eat, are excellent and served hot, there is steam rising from the serving area. Comparing this establishment to like ones in a 70 mile radius that I have tried, I would rate this one the best.
