“Wow this Krispy Kreme establishment never fails me. There donuts are super fresh and delicious. There is no other Krispy Kreme donuts in the USA that can compete with this store. The donuts melt in your mouth. Staff super friendly they are the literally the best donuts in the world. Thank you to all the staff and management for giving me a piece of magnificent donuts. Do not pass route 81 without picking up these tasty FRESH donuts. You will want to come back for more.If you are lucky when the hot sign is on they give you a free donut to die for. A+++“

“clark summit pa dunkin has a very rude african American lady who treats customers with disrespect and is rude to them she yelled at a customer as they were leaving with an order that was not made right .this customer was treated terrible trying to get one of her rewards ..if i were her i wouldnt go back“

“I visited Duck Donuts for the first time last week. When we got there, there was a line, but it moved quickly. Staff members were extremely friendly and I saw them all working well together. Our Donuts were very warm, fresh and delicious. Will definitely be back again!“

What really stood out: the bathrooms. Super clean, modern, and I felt completely comfortable and safe using them, which you don’t always get at a coffee shop.

They also accept Apple Pay, which made checkout seamless. No fumbling for cards or cash—just tapped and done.

“This is definitely the best Duncan location anywhere in Lackawanna in Susquehanna county. Every time I visit the drinks are made perfect. The food is cooked great. The people are respectful and they move you through the line very quickly as quickly as possible. Anyway, I go to dunkin' donuts all the time every day and never get the type of service anywhere else I get at this location. I highly recommend that you go out of your way to go here if you have to. “Kudos to Robert for going over and beyond to help me today with a situation that didn’t even happen in his location, but when I called him, he took such a genuine care and concern for what I had went through that I had no other choice, but to give him a compliment if I could do something even bigger than this, I would love to But I also have a son who is in the customer service food industry, and I would love nothing more than for him to treat a customer the way Robert treated me tonight. What’s going on at the Mulberry location is disgusting and criminal and when I couldn’t get anywhere dealing with their management, who I guess was Courtney at least she said that was her name. She was as unprofessional as it gets when I asked for the number for her manager and the name. She told me that I couldn’t have that information , and when I contacted Robert, he had no hesitation with making sure that I got the numbers I needed in order to contact the upper management to let them know about the criminal disgusting acts that are being done at that location“

“Love old forge Dunkin’. The workers are awesome however The people that come through the drive tru are awfully rude. In case people are confused you have to order at the drive thru speaker and then pull to the window. Even if you have a Mobile order pick up for the drive thru. Just stop at the speaker and let then employees know you have a pick up and say your name. It’s not hard.“
