Not thrilled that added flavor are no up charge but if I need an alternative to milk or cream( because both have sugar) I have an extra charge of .50!!!

I had one issue with an on the go order that wasn't ready when I arrived. I was apologized to over and over and my coffee was free.
this is my usual dunkin and ALWAYS has GREAT service and FRIENDLY staff.
I went into this Dunkin’ Donuts This afternoon on a rainy Sunday. Me and my friends were so excited to get our breakfast sandwich sandwiches and our iced coffees. Only to be devastated by finding out There was no flavored syrup, No cheese, No croissants. To top this all off, I watched someone sneeze into their hand, then pick up a doughnut to give to a customer. To say I was devastated would be an understatement.
