Love old forge Dunkin’. The workers are awesome however The people that come through the drive tru are awfully rude. In case people are confused you have to order at the drive thru speaker and then pull to the window. Even if you have a Mobile order pick up for the drive thru. Just stop at the speaker and let then employees know you have a pick up and say your name. It’s not hard.
Not consistent at all.Used to go everyday. Quality has gone downhill. I only do online mobile ordering and they still end up messing up the order I only asked twice to correct something, got an attitude both times. The coffee tastes like nothing more than sugar water and a hint of cream…and you can’t get a refunds on the mobile app Don’t waste your money here.
I normally don’t do reviews! But I have to give a huge shout out to the Dunkin in Old Forge, Pa. I go at least twice a day every day and I have never had a bad experience! The customer service is top notch! They know my voice and always say just drive around we got you! My drink is always on point a strawberry daydream refresher with chocolate mocha drizzle on top! However, some customers have experienced issues with mobile orders taking too long and items running out. The drive-thru layout could be improved, as parking can be limited and access to the drive-thru can be problematic. Though service is relatively fast during non-peak hours, there have been reports of rude behavior from staff, leading to confusion and dissatisfaction. Overall, Dunkin' offers delicious food and drink, with friendly and welcoming staff, while also needing to address some operational challenges.
