“Love old forge Dunkin’. The workers are awesome however The people that come through the drive tru are awfully rude. In case people are confused you have to order at the drive thru speaker and then pull to the window. Even if you have a Mobile order pick up for the drive thru. Just stop at the speaker and let then employees know you have a pick up and say your name. It’s not hard.“

“Every time I bring my kids here for events they have a blast, management always go above and beyond to make sure we are enjoying ourselves and the kids are happy! “I'm proud to be part of a good cause that supports Coffee Inclusive by having a short coffee-themed sweet romance story featured in The Perfect Blend by Nicole Frail Books. I was a participating author during the book signing event at Coffee Inclusive and had a wonderful time. I grabbed lunch and had their specialty coffee for the book launch. The event was organized well and the system in place kept the drinks and food orders flowing. Recently, I travelled to Wilkes-Barre for another book signing event for The Perfect Blend and stopped in for some Brunch. The food is fantastic and the atmosphere is welcoming, with cheerful employees who make a lasting impact. I made sure to grab a couple of bags of Inclusive Grounds on the way out and I highly recommend! Fantastic roasted, fresh coffee! Heart and soul goes into every bean.“

The BlackWatch cafe is adorable, cozy, so unique. The selection is so innovative so it has a lot more to offer than just coffee. They definitely have a foam art and they do not disappoint here. They have smoothie that people rave about as well! But can we talk about the building itself? The roaring fireplace at the entry is perfect for a winter’s day or Autumn night! It's loaded with history and decorated with classic literary and fan pieces, interesting conversation pieces, and fun works of art. “Perfect spot to stop by near the highway. Always fresh original glazed made right in front of your eyes. It is a joy to indulge additional varieties. I love the custard filled, raspberry filled. Sad to see some old flavors taken away but there is always some new seasonal varieties introduced. Great space to sit down and enjoy a few or use the clean restrooms. Coffee is not the best but will do it to go with the sweets.“

Very interactive with her customers and puts a lot of thought into her weekend specials with flavor and names. All the coffee has cute little spooky names to go with the theme of the establishment. My wife and I enjoyed both sandwiches and added their hash brown patties seasoned nicely to our taste. Hot tasty coffee varieties abound, in my case it was dcaff. Finally large orders should be phoned if your in a hurry otherwise this place is a hoppin.“

“Abdul and me had the cutest date here. We ordered our usuals and sat at the perfect table near the barista. As we waited for our drinks to be crafted with care, we chatted about the lovely array of cups and umbrella holders. Then after we decided where to sit, we both looked at our curated feeds. After we finished, we decided to walk all around the mall. First we went and got a jersey shirt at a really cool place called Sneaker King. Then, we went to Boscov’s. Next, we stopped at Auntie Anne’s for a pretzel and lemonade. After this, I showed Abdul where I got my first Pistons jersey from (now known as Crunch). Finally, we walked all the way down to a really cool man who has a store with belts, shoes, and hats. He is near Gertrud Hawk. We basically had a really exciting day! I would say this day was super cool.“

“I visited Duck Donuts for the first time last week. When we got there, there was a line, but it moved quickly. Staff members were extremely friendly and I saw them all working well together. Our Donuts were very warm, fresh and delicious. Will definitely be back again!“

“This place has recently become my go to coffee spot. The coffee is fantastic and it’s consistent EVERY, SINGLE, TIME. I also may have a slight obsession with the homemade protein balls! I’ve only used the park location, but am excited to try their newest location in Dunmore! If you haven’t tried you are definitely missing out!!“

“This is my favorite Starbucks in the area.

It’s now the end of February and they still have gingerbread! The girls are extremely nice and you’re ALWAYS greeted when entering.
The store is spacey so it doesn’t feel like you’re sitting on top of one another or in someone’s personal space.
The comfy chairs they have are just that, so comfy. They have normal height tables and tables slightly up higher but not necessarily bar top tables, handicapped areas to tables as well.
Bathrooms are clean and for customer use only, a sign on the door but I’m not sure if people follow that.
The store was also fairly clean.

One thing I would hold them accountable for but won’t take off stars, is my drink had no flavor today, I went back in to have it remade and the barista acted if it was my fault. She placed the blame on everything but a genuine apology - I was extremely upset over that. I don’t need to know what works, what doesn’t, what ingredients you’re out of. Just apologize and remake - it’s not that big of a deal. Confrontation to a customer upset over a drink not being what was asked is not appropriate.“

“Is this the Starbucks in steamtown mall? Because if it is they are by far the best!!! I legit order my annoying drink every morning with extra caramel and oat milk and all this extra stuff then a special drink for my 3 years WVERY morning and they never complain they never mess anything up they are so nice and make sure everything is perfect and they are super fast service. “Dublin Donuts is crazy efficient. I couldn’t even tell where my drink came from—it just appeared like magic. Lightning-fast service without sacrificing quality. The staff were friendly and kept everything running smoothly.

What really stood out: the bathrooms. Super clean, modern, and I felt completely comfortable and safe using them, which you don’t always get at a coffee shop.

They also accept Apple Pay, which made checkout seamless. No fumbling for cards or cash—just tapped and done.

Can’t recommend this place enough if you want great coffee and an experience that’s fast, clean, and easy.“

“Starbucks (every where) have always been slow - it's just the nature of the beast. Their addition of the drive thru to many of their stores has always baffled me - there is always a line inside, so why did you think adding a drive thru wouldn't add to everyone's wait time - inside and out. That said this location was very nice. You just have to want to add 20-30 minutes to your schedule if you go.“

“First time ever coming here, I got the blueberry soft and really enjoyed it. My fiance didn’t really like the flavor they chose initially, however the worker accommodated us by giving them a new flavor free of charge. Definitely will have to come back for sure.“

“Every time I get anything I receieve the best customer service ever. Two times I could remember within this last month is once with a pregnant worker she suggested different drinks and explained to my daughter what the green matcha drink thing was she excellent and just yesterday literally right before they closed I wanted a pumpkin iced latte and a worker expressed to me that the machines were already shut down but she could make me a an pumpkin iced coffee just as good. She was so nice and it was so amazing. Great customer service goes a long way. Thank you guys you are appreciated.“

“Loving the girl that made my coffee today every time she is there she puts a smile on my face . She makes amazing coffee I like to joke she puts love in it and that's why it tastes so good. Sometimes when I get coffee from Dunkin it is terrible the flavor is never the same but this girl wish I could remember her name keeps it consistent every time“

“It's very busy here and I prefer to use the drive thru which is very quick. I don't like going inside where it's small and very packed to the point where you can be standing at the counter for awhile before someone actually notices you. I think they prefer for you to actually use the kiosks that they have set up everywhere and not the actual service counter because no one is in a rush to serve you at the counter and I learned that pretty fast and that's why I will always go through the drive thru cause the wait inside can be pretty long..“

What’s going on at the Mulberry location is disgusting and criminal and when I couldn’t get anywhere dealing with their management, who I guess was Courtney at least she said that was her name. She was as unprofessional as it gets when I asked for the number for her manager and the name. She told me that I couldn’t have that information , and when I contacted Robert, he had no hesitation with making sure that I got the numbers I needed in order to contact the upper management to let them know about the criminal disgusting acts that are being done at that location“

I stopped going to dunkin because the one in Pittston in the gas station was so bad the one in Plains bad the one on route315 and so nasty to people my stuff was wrong and the guy was rude the one in Edwardsville pa was nice“
