Don't ask for help if you need it using the app because nobody in the store is trained about the app or what to do if you can't get a coupon on the app to work. Make sure you ask for a receipt when ordering, should you want one, otherwise they throw them away and will give you a dirty look and huff and puff when they have thrown it away and you ask for a duplicate or tell them that you need it. My son and I love this place. We live coffee. I love both hot and cold. He loves it both as well, but more so cold. We come here alot. But more at the one in Pittston. So I'm not really familiar with this one in particular. The one in Pittston is awesome. They do our coffee according to how we order them they the app all the time. Another reason I love this place.
