“Here another 1st time visiting the Blend. Owner and staff enthusiasm abounds. Drive thru option available. Food quality, made fresh to assure taste and temperature is satisfactory for enjoyable breakfeast. The bagels are soft inside crunchy outside and down right flavorable. If your favorite is toasted with butter and cream cheese go for it, if you prefer more protein try this combo bacon with extra bacon sausage pattie, fried egg and cheese on toasted bagel well be prepared to have a breakfast feast right in your car or at one or tables inside a beautifully decorated dinning area. This wonderfull restaurant is operated by a smiling dedicated staff who wants your dining experience to be memorable and quiet frankly they do just that. My wife and I enjoyed both sandwiches and added their hash brown patties seasoned nicely to our taste. Hot tasty coffee varieties abound, in my case it was dcaff. Finally large orders should be phoned if your in a hurry otherwise this place is a hoppin.“

“Chewy, light and locally sourced, the bagel sandwich, with a perfect crunch from the gold-standard fried egg and crisp bacon, isn’t greasy or heavy but still packs incredible flavor. I got it on the everything bagel, and I might add some more cheese if I want it extra gooey next time, but it’s probably the proper amount. The iced coffee was lightly iced and I didn’t even have to specify (that’s my Dunkin’ hack, less ice since they love that bartender trick). It wasn’t too sweet and the unique house flavors pose some tough counter decisions; the praline was nutty and caramelly, with just the right amount of cinnamon. There’s table service when possible, but it can get busy so keeping your head up helps everyone. Jess and Kiersten keep a cozy and easy-to-do-work vibe inside, as the cafe doubled as my office last week. The sensibly relevant wifi password, easily explained, is also a huge flex these days. Whether you wanna settle in, or just stop by for a quick bite, this spot is versatile, open till 2 and offers one of the best breakfast sandwiches around. Well done!“

I was a participating author during the book signing event at Coffee Inclusive and had a wonderful time. I grabbed lunch and had their specialty coffee for the book launch. The event was organized well and the system in place kept the drinks and food orders flowing. Recently, I travelled to Wilkes-Barre for another book signing event for The Perfect Blend and stopped in for some Brunch. The food is fantastic and the atmosphere is welcoming, with cheerful employees who make a lasting impact. “Sometimes it's hard to find a cafe with great coffee and friendly baristas. (Often baristas have an attitude.) This place has super friendly staff and I was happy that the large coffee "for here" can be served in real mugs instead of to-go cups and that they put 4 shots of espresso in the large. It's also hard to find non dairy unsweetened milk, but they have it here. Prices are not ridiculously high like many places. Definitely recommend!“

Very interactive with her customers and puts a lot of thought into her weekend specials with flavor and names. All the coffee has cute little spooky names to go with the theme of the establishment. “I love Dunkin’ Donuts I drink 2 to 3 iced coffees a day. The problem I am running in to is sometimes I get it and it taste great other they times they are terrible. I am sick of complaining already I expect my coffee to taste pretty much the same way every time I get it due to the fact I order it the same way. My suggestion would be more training of new employees there a quite a few employees there who are great and then you come a cross the one or 2 who could care less. I suggest management drink the same flavor iced coffee two to three times at different times of the day and I am sure they will notice the difference right away. This is just a suggestion I expect a little different taste in the morning because the coffee is freshly brewed but I am use to that taste. This morning my coffee was terrible and it took 10 minutes just to get it I get out to my car take a sip it’s terrible but I don’t go back in because I don’t have ten more minutes to wait because I would be late to my own job.“

“A lot of my friends go in there, get that “cold coffee” and even though the food is not homemade, that's not the business model you come in for. Relative to other Dunkin’ locations, the breakfast sandwiches are on point (not underheated or molten lava, with a nice toast level), they've never once messed up my order and the service is prompt and great. What they excel at isn't what makes them the same as other Dunkin’ Donuts in the area, it's what sets them apart. They have an exceptionally clean and spacious dining room, but they get so much drive-thru traffic most people don't take advantage. They could sub in for a WWE tag team, everyone jumping in; it's the complete opposite of every grocery and retail store trend these days, where self-checkout seems designed to delay your day. There's a consistent yet subtle buzz to the production inside that allows you to casually open your laptop and get a few things done that maybe you wouldn't be able to do at home or in the office, due to distractions. If I have any office work or notes I need to do, I go there…hell, it's so nice and they're so accommodating, I just might meet with my attorneys there.“

The atmosphere feels special, and the range of drink options is impressive, offering something for everyone. However, the experience was slightly marred by the overwhelming crowd. The long waits, especially with some customers taking up to 10 minutes just to place their orders, made the visit less enjoyable. While it’s worth a visit for the ambiance and variety, the crowd management could definitely use some improvement.“

“Starbucks (every where) have always been slow - it's just the nature of the beast. Their addition of the drive thru to many of their stores has always baffled me - there is always a line inside, so why did you think adding a drive thru wouldn't add to everyone's wait time - inside and out. That said this location was very nice. You just have to want to add 20-30 minutes to your schedule if you go.“

“I typically have a good experience with this location and it is my go to but I want to compliment the young crew that was working 8/7 night shift. I pulled up around 759 and with no hesitation, they made me a drink that was phenomenal and they were all super pleasant and demonstrated excellent customer service although they were closing in one minute which makes me happy as many of the younger generation has no service etiquette. These kids were truly a pleasure and I was able to enjoy a late, much warranted good drink. Great job to the crew that was working tonight. You are appreciated“

In case people are confused you have to order at the drive thru speaker and then pull to the window. Even if you have a Mobile order pick up for the drive thru. “this is my favorite place to stop on weekends in the summer. as someone who works at the camp right next to it the people are always so nice to us because there is a bunch of college age kids the swarm them every weekend and they handle it so well.“

I stopped going to dunkin because the one in Pittston in the gas station was so bad the one in Plains bad the one on route315 and so nasty to people my stuff was wrong and the guy was rude the one in Edwardsville pa was nice“
