“This place used to mess up my orders all the time, stopped going for a long time. Last year though or so everything has been perfect. I get curbside pickup and every person bringing food out has been nothing but nice and accommodating. Plenty of ketchupParking: 4 spots curbside“
“Such a cute coffee spot! I enjoyed the sweater weather macchiato, which was a double shot macchiato over hazelnut milk with some white mocha and brown butter syrup. I asked for it to be half as sweet as it normally would be. I'm not sure if it was the hazelnut milk or the coffee, but it was slightly too bitter for me. My sister got the cortado with macadamia nut milk and my mom had the hot chocolate which she enjoyed. The customer service was great and also the cafe is all around such a pretty place nestled in the heart of downtown!“
“It was my first time to a cat cafe and everything was amazing .The cafe was super clean and the drinks were reasonably priced. All the kitties were sweet and all of their personalities really shown through .Definitely would visit again and if it wasn’t for me already owning two sweet kitties of my own I definitely would have adopted one them ! ❤️❤️“
“My hang - out place. Friendliest coffee shop around. Best coffee, great sandwiches.Parking: Plenty of parking along side of the building, plus a municipal lot across the street.Kid-friendliness: People bring their kids for b'fast, lunch. The 'Bean' sometimes runs special "Pancake Days". All kinds of drink options for kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Smooth access without obstruction from the lot up to and through the door.“
“The atmosphere and the people are absolutely fabulous!! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have themed weekends and events sometimes. The drinks are great and always served with a smile. Lots of different drink options to choose from!Kid-friendliness: Come in and grab a drink, there's treats and lots of games to play!“
“Small coffee shop located in the very cool and unique Strange and Unusual shop that definitely is worth stopping for just to stroll around and check out the unique oddities while you enjoy your drink, or have a seat at one of the small tables they have. Very small parking lot so you may end up parking on a nearby “
“Great little chill coffeehouse! I got the pumpkin cream cold brew which was AMAZING!! They brew La Columbe coffee & the atmosphere is calming and some people are working from here. Not a ton of tables, but it seems like most people are "grab and go". Will definitely be back!!“
“Best bakery in the back mountain. I love that they offer mini cheesecakes instead of slices. They taste wonderful. I'm surprised there isn't a simple chocolate available...so far I've seen smores, expresso, and turtle as the closest substitute. I love chocolate cheesecake!I'm always greeted as soon as I walk in. The owner and chef is very much involved outside of the kitchen, which is pleasantly unexpected. You certainly feel welcomed and enticed to return, especially since the food is really good. They used to have breakfast burritos, and honestly I think they were the best I've ever had. Ugh miss them. I will have to switch things up and get steak instead of cake soon... as in cheesesteak since I haven't tried theirs yet. Also unsure when they have cinnamon rolls and need to try one too.Speaking of cheesesteaks, I would LOVE seeing a chopped cheese on their menu. I don't know of anywhere in the area that serves them. Chopped cheese please!“
“This was my first visit to Troy Street Coffee Company but it won't be my last. I've been looking for a bacon, egg and cheese on a roll, similar to the way they do it in New York since I've been in PA but can't find one. I was told they don't normally do it on a roll but they will, it wasn't the poppyseed or kaiser roll that I'm used to but it was absolutely delicious. The woman who took my order recently had surgery on her writing hand, I'm sorry I don't know her name, is one of the sweetest women I've met, I'm sure she was in pain and had a little difficulty writing with her non-dominant hand but never once complained or even let on that she was uncomfortable. I thank her for accommodating me and hope she feels better soon. Looking forward to trying other dishes here.“
“perfect place for pre and post gym sessions as well as studying for the college folk! Jenni is incredibly knowledgeable of her nutritional facts and is always polite and helpful. if you’re looking for something new to get your protein in while still being delicious, definitely give NutriJenn a visit!“
“Love love love coming here!! I live in North Carolina and I come here to visit friends and I always stop here for there coffee. I love their decafe with the sugar free flavorings with cream no sugar. There donuts are delicious and so is everything else. The staff are friendly and bubbly and the price for coffee and donuts are very reasonable. This is the MUST STOP for your needs.“
“We’ve lived in and visited many cities and tried a lot of places for doughnuts ? If we splurge for a weekend treat for our kids, Donut Connection is by far the best!! Their drive-through is convenient. Their prices are great. They have the friendliest and caring staff too. I’m not sure why anyone would go anywhere else. When friends come into town, this is also their favorite. Its our go-to for the best and freshest ? ?“
“Cozy spot with tasty sandwiches and delicious drinks. We had Chai tea, one sandwich with Pork Roll, and the other with Turkey and a sweet/spicy Jalapeño topping. Both were reasonably priced and served hot. Local art is displayed and for sale. Parking is a shared lot with the other stores, but we had no trouble finding spaces.“
“Can the supernatural be charming? I think so. Nothing about this place was tacky .Jamie, the owner, wanted to capture her love of the Paranormal and transform it into a themed coffee shop... she has done an excellent jobThe shop boast a bookstore of new and used books on the mystic and unusual, a reading /event room and a coffee /snack bar. She carries regular and sugar-free coffees, flavored teas ,has regular almond and oatmilk for the coffee and hot chocolate. Her desserts are supplied by" crumbs to crystals 'from Hanover. Every month they have a specialty cookie this month it's "wicked desire" a caramel filled Delight surrounded by a delightfully chewy hazelnut cookie sprinkled with toffee. On Friday Saturdays and Sundays there is always a new specialty coffee for that weekend. She has a plethora of flavored specialty coffee with ethereal names...I chose "seance", which was dark chocolate and toffee. Jamie suggested the coffees made with dark chocolate for people who do not like their blends too sweet. PERFECT ! Friday nights at 7:00 are called Fright Nights where people sit around and just tell their spiritual or spooky experiences. It's newly made friends in camaraderie ...for those of us who like being on the edge of the natural and Supernatural world. For those of you who are unsure, just come in to experience the ambiance. Once you're in here your Spellbound and do not want to leave. When I wandered in two people were just sitting and talking about their experiences I joined in and was there for two and a half hours. I couldn't think of a better way to spend a rainy afternoon. Check out Haunts mirad of everchanging events on Facebook. P.S. The bathrooms are spotless!Parking: In front of buildingWheelchair accessibility: Ground floor“
“A close by coffee shop to where I work, the food and beverages are all excellent! My family is friendly with the owners and it's always a pleasure to visit if my shifts end early enough! I'm not a big coffee drinker, so my usual is their raspberry lemonade.Today was their 5th anniversary, thanks so much for being around to make mornings better!“
“I went to Common Grounds to do a little writing and have an early lunch today. The barista was so nice, the coffee was delicious, and the chicken, avocado, and bacon sandwich was generous and delicious! Lots of good places to sit and relax, talk with friends, and work if you need to. Food was delivered fairly quickly, too! Just a quick note: the parking lot is pretty small, so just be careful backing out.“
“I noticed this place and figured I would drop in. I'm glad I did! The donuts are fresh, and there's a lot to pick from. Service was good and it's cute inside. They are a little pricey, but fresh donuts aren't something I have often, so it was a nice treat.“
“What an adorable spot. It’s a little extras that make it so special. Seating area is adorable as well as the entire inside of the location. I thought the scones were a little pricey, but it was a treat. No big deal. I wish this place was advertised a little bit better I didn’t even know it existed will definitely go back again. Great place to go with the girlfriends.“
“Amazing place to just stop in, there’s something for everyone. The customer service is incredible! The custom cookies and cake are a must for any event that you’re hosting! I can’t wait to see the final product for my sister in law’s shower.“
“I will often swing into Curry Donut for a coffee and have to say the women that work at this establishment are so kind and accommodating. I personally love their coffee and my whole family loves the donuts. I ordered several dozen for a birthday party and they were not only beautifully decorated, everyone raved about how good they were. Their prices are extremely reasonable, especially compared to most other coffee shops.“
“Just placed my first mobile order at the newly opened Dunmore Starbucks and was pleasantly surprised at the service. The mobile app right now only allows drive through pickup which worried me as I ordered on a weekday at 830am. But as I pulled in there was NO line and my drink was ready. It was made properly and the staff was nice. This location has quite a bit of parking is right off the intersection near Sheetz. One tip - watch your angle entering the parking lot! There is quite a pothole that could damage your car if hit with speed or if your car rides low to the ground.“
“Love, love your bagels. Didn't give you guys 5 full stars because if I'm not there when you open at 6am, I don't get the bagels I want. I have to get what's there. I was just there at 11am and all seseme seed bagels (my favorite) were gone and you are open until 3pm. Hopefully next trip I can get exactly what I want. Please produce more of your top selling bagels.“
“I absolutely love Bagel Art Bakery! The best bagels and cream cheese I have ever had! This family owned business is always packed and has the most helpful workers! Owners are so friendly and so is the staff they have hired! My favorite is the veggie cream cheese! Yummm!!! It’s always the first place I stop in when I am in Dallas! They even got voted for best take out in the Back Mountain! I always make sure to order a basket or two around the holidays because they make the best gifts! I highly recommend Bagel Art Bakery to anyone looking for a quality breakfast/lunch sandwich or a bagel with cream cheese! I don’t know how they do it, but these bagels are cooked to perfection!“
“This is a nice shop. It's in the middle of the town. There is always a crowd when I go here, but there's plenty of staff to handle them. Never a long wait. Plenty of tables and chairs ti sit and relax. Parking could be a bit of a challenge.Parking: The good thing is if you don't have loose change, you could download the free app and pay with your phone.“
“If you are looking for a Starbucks, you need to go here, they ate, I devoured. Even with a complex and critically spelled name, they conquered what other Starbucks have so often failed to achieve......they took the time out of their day to ask how to spell it. Also, the drinks were fire 11/10.“
“Restaurant in converted house located in the Back Mountain area of Luzerne County. Pleasant atmosphere, quick service, tasty food. Breakfast for four with coffee approx $48.00. Well worth it!Parking: Street parking plus a free parking lot on side of building“
