“I'm proud to be part of a good cause that supports Coffee Inclusive by having a short coffee-themed sweet romance story featured in The Perfect Blend by Nicole Frail Books. I was a participating author during the book signing event at Coffee Inclusive and had a wonderful time. I grabbed lunch and had their specialty coffee for the book launch. The event was organized well and the system in place kept the drinks and food orders flowing. Recently, I travelled to Wilkes-Barre for another book signing event for The Perfect Blend and stopped in for some Brunch. The food is fantastic and the atmosphere is welcoming, with cheerful employees who make a lasting impact. I made sure to grab a couple of bags of Inclusive Grounds on the way out and I highly recommend! Fantastic roasted, fresh coffee! Heart and soul goes into every bean.“

“I have not been to a Dunkin in years but I stopped going to star bucks it was to pricy .i went into the one in west Pittston and then girls where the friendliest people to me they answered all my questions we even had a nice conversation it was good I definitely recommend this place it’s the best one. I stopped going to dunkin because the one in Pittston in the gas station was so bad the one in Plains bad the one on route315 and so nasty to people my stuff was wrong and the guy was rude the one in Edwardsville pa was nice“

“Chewy, light and locally sourced, the bagel sandwich, with a perfect crunch from the gold-standard fried egg and crisp bacon, isn’t greasy or heavy but still packs incredible flavor. I got it on the everything bagel, and I might add some more cheese if I want it extra gooey next time, but it’s probably the proper amount. The iced coffee was lightly iced and I didn’t even have to specify (that’s my Dunkin’ hack, less ice since they love that bartender trick). It wasn’t too sweet and the unique house flavors pose some tough counter decisions; the praline was nutty and caramelly, with just the right amount of cinnamon. There’s table service when possible, but it can get busy so keeping your head up helps everyone. Jess and Kiersten keep a cozy and easy-to-do-work vibe inside, as the cafe doubled as my office last week. The sensibly relevant wifi password, easily explained, is also a huge flex these days. Whether you wanna settle in, or just stop by for a quick bite, this spot is versatile, open till 2 and offers one of the best breakfast sandwiches around. Well done!“

“I had a wonderful experience at common grounds- I have celiacs and a dairy allergy and while most local shops tell me they don’t have options, they had multiple !! They were so kind and understanding and the shaken espresso was amazing as well!“

The BlackWatch cafe is adorable, cozy, so unique. The selection is so innovative so it has a lot more to offer than just coffee. They definitely have a foam art and they do not disappoint here. They have smoothie that people rave about as well! But can we talk about the building itself? The roaring fireplace at the entry is perfect for a winter’s day or Autumn night! “Sometimes it's hard to find a cafe with great coffee and friendly baristas. (Often baristas have an attitude.) This place has super friendly staff and I was happy that the large coffee "for here" can be served in real mugs instead of to-go cups and that they put 4 shots of espresso in the large. It's also hard to find non dairy unsweetened milk, but they have it here. Prices are not ridiculously high like many places. Definitely recommend!“

Very interactive with her customers and puts a lot of thought into her weekend specials with flavor and names. All the coffee has cute little spooky names to go with the theme of the establishment. Every weekend, expect something new and delicious!“

“🥰We needed a snack and had honeydew milk tea, Lychee lemonade, beef lemongrass skewers, crab wontons, and spring rolls. The food hit the spot and we got another round of drinks. The honeydew milk tea was divine!“

“Abdul and me had the cutest date here. We ordered our usuals and sat at the perfect table near the barista. As we waited for our drinks to be crafted with care, we chatted about the lovely array of cups and umbrella holders. Then after we decided where to sit, we both looked at our curated feeds. After we finished, we decided to walk all around the mall. First we went and got a jersey shirt at a really cool place called Sneaker King. Then, we went to Boscov’s. Next, we stopped at Auntie Anne’s for a pretzel and lemonade. After this, I showed Abdul where I got my first Pistons jersey from (now known as Crunch). Finally, we walked all the way down to a really cool man who has a store with belts, shoes, and hats. He is near Gertrud Hawk. We basically had a really exciting day! I would say this day was super cool.“

“I visited Duck Donuts for the first time last week. When we got there, there was a line, but it moved quickly. Staff members were extremely friendly and I saw them all working well together. Our Donuts were very warm, fresh and delicious. Will definitely be back again!“

“This is my favorite Starbucks in the area.

It’s now the end of February and they still have gingerbread! The girls are extremely nice and you’re ALWAYS greeted when entering.
The store is spacey so it doesn’t feel like you’re sitting on top of one another or in someone’s personal space.
The comfy chairs they have are just that, so comfy. They have normal height tables and tables slightly up higher but not necessarily bar top tables, handicapped areas to tables as well.
Bathrooms are clean and for customer use only, a sign on the door but I’m not sure if people follow that.
The store was also fairly clean.

One thing I would hold them accountable for but won’t take off stars, is my drink had no flavor today, I went back in to have it remade and the barista acted if it was my fault. She placed the blame on everything but a genuine apology - I was extremely upset over that. I don’t need to know what works, what doesn’t, what ingredients you’re out of. Just apologize and remake - it’s not that big of a deal. Confrontation to a customer upset over a drink not being what was asked is not appropriate.“

“Dublin Donuts is crazy efficient. I couldn’t even tell where my drink came from—it just appeared like magic. Lightning-fast service without sacrificing quality. The staff were friendly and kept everything running smoothly.

What really stood out: the bathrooms. Super clean, modern, and I felt completely comfortable and safe using them, which you don’t always get at a coffee shop.

They also accept Apple Pay, which made checkout seamless. No fumbling for cards or cash—just tapped and done.

The atmosphere feels special, and the range of drink options is impressive, offering something for everyone. However, the experience was slightly marred by the overwhelming crowd. The long waits, especially with some customers taking up to 10 minutes just to place their orders, made the visit less enjoyable. While it’s worth a visit for the ambiance and variety, the crowd management could definitely use some improvement.“

“Starbucks (every where) have always been slow - it's just the nature of the beast. Their addition of the drive thru to many of their stores has always baffled me - there is always a line inside, so why did you think adding a drive thru wouldn't add to everyone's wait time - inside and out. That said this location was very nice. You just have to want to add 20-30 minutes to your schedule if you go.“

Two times I could remember within this last month is once with a pregnant worker she suggested different drinks and explained to my daughter what the green matcha drink thing was she excellent and just yesterday literally right before they closed I wanted a pumpkin iced latte and a worker expressed to me that the machines were already shut down but she could make me a an pumpkin iced coffee just as good. What’s going on at the Mulberry location is disgusting and criminal and when I couldn’t get anywhere dealing with their management, who I guess was Courtney at least she said that was her name. She was as unprofessional as it gets when I asked for the number for her manager and the name. She told me that I couldn’t have that information , and when I contacted Robert, he had no hesitation with making sure that I got the numbers I needed in order to contact the upper management to let them know about the criminal disgusting acts that are being done at that location“

In case people are confused you have to order at the drive thru speaker and then pull to the window. Even if you have a Mobile order pick up for the drive thru. Just stop at the speaker and let then employees know you have a pick up and say your name. It’s not hard.“

“When I went here one day, me and my mom were first going somewhere, but we had to stop here, I got a drink and 1 Blueberry Donut, the most nicest thing happened, so when this girl, she was chill and nice! “My daily stop headed into work. I place my order ahead for pickup and it's always ready to go when I get there busy or not. This location is a very high travelled area so if you are going in to order at the counter expect to wait. I would recommend the on the go order in the app to pick up your items quickly. The drive thru is always wrapped around so be prepared to wait a little. Staff is great, they always take care of me and my order is always made very well . This is one of my favorite locations to go to.“
