Went to Dunkin earlier today customer service was terrible. Nobody is happy there. They wear Hats that say smile, and nobody was smiling. They kept us waiting a long time. Forgot to put food in our bag. I would’ve gave it one star but because the guy making our drinks named Jason, was so nice he was the only one smiling and welcoming customers he’s the only nice worker they had. I brought it up to a three star. Definitely need new management.
Used the drive through and really didn't have to wait that long. There was a manager outside taking orders, which really sped things up. Thanks.
