“We were visiting family in Washington, PA (we live in Waynesville, OH) and decided to try Farmhouse Kitchen & Bakery based off of a Google search and FB review. Let me tell you, this was a wonderful surprise, tucked away in this cute little town.

App: fresh fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, grapes) - amazing, fresh fruit!

Kids: waffles & pancakes - both superb and excellent tasting & appearance and the perfect size!

Mom/Dad: biscuits and gravy with homefries (added suggested bell peppers and onions) AND French toast. Side of bacon & sausage links. Every single thing was absolutely delicious. The server asked if we wanted gravy on the homefries too and I said no, well, we had her go get the gravy for the homefries after we tasted it lol.

We own a farm and raise our own beef and pork (so we are super picky), and this by far was the BEST breakfast we have had out at a restaurant. All of it. AMAZING. Service was excellent, all of the girls were so nice and helpful.

We ended with their fresh bakery items and got two mini cakes and a cheesecake cookie Togo. Just tore into those and they were gone within minutes!

I should have taken pictures BEFORE we dove in, but couldn’t wait. Lol. Highly recommended, we will be back!”

“We stopped in a few weeks ago on a work trip. Ordered a pepperoni and cheese pizza, and it was out quick and fresh. The 3 of us took care of it in about 5 minutes. It was great! Very friendly,fast, service. We also got some desert to go on the house, they were some sort of cinnamon fried donut-like holes with icing drizzled on top, and they were amazing as well! Will definitely stop in again when in the area. Thanks for the hospitality!”

“Roland's never disappoints! We had my dad's surprise 70th birthday dinner here tonight. Food was delicious as always, best Chicken Parm around, fresh pasta lasagna was amazing . Vincent was very helpful with planning the menu. Our waitress, Bailey, was on top of everything. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great Italian food and great service!”

“i recently came down with kidney failure and had to go on a bizarre diet and one of my all time favorite foods(ossos pizza) was the first to go due to the the 🍅 sauce😭 but I now have both a primary and secondary donor ready to go so when I'm all patched up the first place I'll be visiting is ossos pizza to down 3(maybe 4) full boxes of no pep extra cheese pizza 🤣”

“Nichelle was a wonderful bartender tonight! She gave me a drink very quick when I arrived and smiled all night despite being very busy. She handled the whole bar with ease even with the large crowd. Crystal whipped me up a delicious sandwich that really hit the spot.”

“It's nostalgia for me. I grew up with Islays chipped ham. Nothing is quite the same. So, when I am in the area, I make a special trip to get a few pounds. Tastes the same. It's sort of a little deli store that's old. So, not much for anesthetics but I go for the chipped ham so.”

“Overall, I was happy with Countryside deli. They are very kind and courteous. I do think that the chicken nuggets could have some more seasoning and I was disappointed that the subs/nuggets we ordered didn’t come with any condiments and that no condiments were offered. I personally felt for the price, condiments should have been included, but I would have been willing to pay extra for them as well.

“Great place to stop for a drink, right next to R.M. Wilson for you truck drivers that deliver there and have some extra time. Cozy and friendly atmosphere only serves beer no liquor unfortunately. Gaming room available for those who indulge in that activity. Recommend a visit.”

“It was late at night and I needed a place to stay so an employee went and cleaned a room for me, no other place would ever do that and for that I am thankful! They are friendly and helpful. And their rooms are cozy and make you feel right at home! And they have the lowest prices around!!”

“Our server Stacy was very attentive from start to finish. She was very professional, had her hair pulled back in one long braid, if she forgot to ask us something she immediately came right back. Our service was quick and delicious. Someone else ran Our onion rings to us and when she came back around she noticed that they didn't leave any appetizer plates and brought those out immediately. I would sit in her section every time!”

“As I write this (nov. 15th), this location has literally only been open for one week, so please keep that in mind when you read other reviews referring to the wait time. And yes -- they were slammed all weekend of their opening week, for that reason alone, I felt as though they kept up with the demand the best way anyone could, although very very long, at least the line kept moving, that is more than I can say about a lot of fast food places that struggle with slow service. I feel as though given the circumstances, wait times (especially indoor) have not been entirely too bad and we have eaten it quite a few times already. Can't speak too much about any other menu items, but as far as friend food is concerned, it's always been fresh/hot and crispy. No complaints whatsoever! I understand there is nothing more frustrating than when your order is wrong at a fast food joint -- but please, people, give them more than a week to iron at the kinks or become well oiled! *referring to any reviews that happened before this one -- aka within their first week of business* Happy to have them in the area and really hoping it stays the nice establishment that it is!!! I recommend for anyone who is a LJS's fan! Welcome to the area!!”
