Both provide exemplary customer service, very polite, and courteous have always greeted me with a smile and “What can I get for you” and made sure I was satisfied with my Dr. Pepper Italian Ice, that happens to be amassing as well.“

“We had such a lovely experience at this location today! My mom and I have dietary restrictions and need to limit our sugar intake. Today we stopped by hoping for a sugar-free option but unfortunately they didn’t have any out today. Instead, the manager offered to mix up a fresh batch of sugar free mango-peach for us! We wholeheartedly appreciate the service we recieved today The staff was friendly and the service was quick, despite us having to wait a few minutes for a fresh batch (which we didn’t mind)! We will 100% be back to this location We love Rita’s due to their sugar free options as most dessert places don’t offer sugar free options Thank you so much for accommodating us and providing us with the best customer experience possible!“
