Forever changing neighborhood this is a fairly decent dive bar. Shout out to Starmaid Shantay (sp)(Monday and Wednesday). The place is clean and people play great music from the 'jukebox'. This is an old school pace with two pool tables and a short food menu. I believe the same people own Rose Bar off of Island Ave. They have the standard Asian version of soul food, basically good fried wings with various fried rice on rotation.
