My latte tastes different everyday . Finally they have improved with speed but, it's clear the staff does not care much about the product. There's minimal care put into the preparation and delivery of your order. It's unfortunate.
ever since they.did.away with the styrofoam cups and went to cheap ass cardboard I've had problems with lids falling off , cups leaking from the seams, coffee doesn't stay hot, cups are too hot to hold......they should have the option of styrofoam.It's a good coffee with a real bad container. At the drive thru, they hand me hot coffee, the lid pops off, the cup collapses and coffee all over the side of my car. I got a little burnt but not enough to sue the crap out of Dunkin.
