We had breakfast at Chows and it exceeded my expectations. I had the biscuits and sausage gravy and it was just like you get in the south. Their hot chocolate was also top notch! All the food we saw coming out looked delicious and I can't wait to go back and try some French toast. My friend had lox eggs Benedict and that way a perfect mash up of breakfast favorites The space is small and cozy without feeling crowded. And the service was good. We will definitely return!
It's "a happening place" was my first impression entering this establishment. There were two families waiting to be seated, and the place was packed at about 11:20 on Sunday. It was our first time dining here, and we certainly found a gem in Collegeville.Food tasted very well--made with fresh ingredients, and portions were generous (photos). Our wait time was minimal even though it was very busy. I liked my Breakfast Burrito, and my wife enjoyed her House Omelette with hash browns....read full review
