I have had food from Specks in the past and it is usually good. I purchased food on Sunday and it was overcooked, hard, and way too salty. I called the store to share my feedback and I was told by Cole this is how they have been cooking this chicken for years and no one else complained today. The best chicken I ever had. First had it at their old diner now closed years back and was surprised how good Broasted Chicken is . Delicious 😋.
So I tracked down their other location on Ridge and make my special treat trip up from West Chester just for that Broasted Chicken every so often. Well worth the drive.. .
