The food is excellent
Dear musu and uncle Ben,
Put LESS FISH and put MORE cow skin, beef , goat , smoked turkey in the potato greens… TOO MANY BONES FROM FISH HARD TO ENJOY THE MEAL, BONES ALMOST STUCK me in the throat. Also the bone FRAGMENTS from chopping the chicken.
My last bowl of potato greens purchased on 03/18/26 had almost all mackerel with the bones.
I am offering this tip to ensure customer satisfaction and safety . I love the food and i am a recurring customer.

Musu's Spot | JSM Cuisine serves authentic and excellent Liberian food. The food is great, amazing, delicious, tasty, and cooked to perfection. Specific dishes praised include the cassava leaf entree, eggplant stew, pepper soup, Jollof Rice and Fried Fish, and peanut butter soup. The meals are described as hardy, a bit spicy, fresh, and with lots of meat. The cooks make the food with care. Service is generally really good with wonderful and nice staff who provide great customer service and clear communication. The restaurant can handle a rush of customers. While service can vary, the food itself is consistently recommended as the best in the city, a diamond in the rough that people travel for and will definitely return to.
