“Literally for years every time we would drive by I would say "we should try that place." Well, finally we did and Oh My Goodness! It was absolutely delicious! Will definitely be going back. Fresh and homemade.They smoke all their meat onsite and bake fresh bread and rolls from what I understand. could not have been more impressed. I wish I remembered our server's name, she was fabulous and informative. (We were there 12/23 5:30pm) So a big Thank you to her also.“

Many people might be turned off by the "no frills" first impression. But the honest interaction is what works for us. No facades. What I like.“

“We showed up today a Steppys very skeptical because of name change. But all was good old Steppys. Michele the waitress was great, polite and professional, my service was perfect, my prime rib dinner was fabulous, so was the crab cakes, salad, mash tasters, and french onion soup. “I wandered in here on a Saturday to grab a pint of Guinness and to get out of the sun to rest my bones on a comfortable chair which I found here. Upon entering I noticed the ash trays and that heavy smoky nicotine smell I grew accustomed to when I also smoked cigarettes in bars. It brought back memories of good times with friends. I was greeted warmly by the bar person and served promptly with a Guinness and some local Doylestown conversation. I couldn't stay long and I had already eaten but I will surely go back on a Saturday for some more conversation a pint and some food of course!!“
