I order almost every week sometimes more , so on Friday I called an ordered a pepperoni pizza I came on time but with no pepperoni I called an told the girl an she said just keep it an she would get my order right this time an that it would be a little bit , I said ok well I waited an waited then at 7:03 I call again asking where's my pizza was , the owner tells he never made my pizza because he has other customers an id have to wait for mine , I told him I've waited over 2 hours...read full review
Owner is rude with a “god complex”. Has no idea how to diffuse any situation. The wait time for a salad was unbelievable especially when no one was there. They forgot the order and instead of saying that and apologizing he got mad and told me “I was on his time…” the restaurant is filthy, looks like just the bare minimum is cleaned, if that. And he has weights in the dining area? Why are you lifting weights in a restaurant? Just can’t make this stuff up.
I always recommend this place, however after tonight I will no longer. Ordered delivery and it was well over estimated time of 50 minutes, pushing 90 minutes. The pizza arrived and the crust was as hard as a rock/burnt and the pizza had a puddle of grease in the center. Very disappointed after a long wait...
