“Got a large extra cheese, ham calzone and veggie Stromboli delivered. Everything had a little bit different tastes than other places which was nice. Really liked the pizza. Calzone was great but just seemed like a bit too much bread. Liked the veggie Stromboli as it had a unique taste to it imo. Loved the mushrooms in it.“
“We have ordered from Pizza King many many times over the years. From what I understand it's under new management or owners... anyways... So last evening we ordered (Wednesday December, 27th 2023)We ordered a delivery. A large cheese pizza, a large Pepperoni and mushroom pizza, an Italian Stromboli with an extra sauce on the side, mild wings with Xtra ranch, suicide wings with Xtra ranch, and loaded fries with ranch on the side. (Don't judge we were out of ranch at the house). We ordered for delivery, which was about 30 mins, very quick!! Our total was $75.82 and we gave a $13 cash tip. Unfortunately we didn't get any sauce let alone extra sauce for the Stromboli and no ranch ?. Sounds simple but we were very disappointed, especially bc we didn't have any here at the house. So I decided to call after talked into going to the neighbors to ask for ranch lol and just call and ask to see how much extra sauce and ranch cost. We wanted to know how much we paid for all the extra sauces that we didn't get. The first guy said nothing and it was free. He then gave the phone to someone else, a manager introduced herself and she was so kind. I was so embarrassed to have even called about extra sauces but I was also embarrassed asking my neighbors for ranch so I rolled with it. Plus this was the second time this happened. Last time it was only 1 ranch/1 Wing order and we had some here so not a big deal. Anyways long story short she said she would have someone bring us some. I said Oh no we already tipped the driver and we don't want anyone running out and told her I had to ask my neighbor already. So she gave us a credit on our account. I won't give all the details but she went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! WAY above and beyond. I was thinking they would note the account so we get free ranch next time but nope she was amazing. Our food was fantastic other than the ranch/sauce mishap. The customer service was top notch. We will continue to order from Pizza King and they will be sent to the front of the list from here on out. To me customer service means a lot. It's not about the credit, it's about being heard and understood. Anyone from Pizza King can see that we have ordered from them for YEARS AND YEARS and this was the first time I ever called with an issue. Thank you for being a fantastic business in our small area! P.S. Can someone start printing off menus and sending them with the food. We always have to look online. I know prices change a lot but even if it just lists the food you guys offer I'd be happy. Again thank you guys for being amazing and listening to your customers, it means A LOT! Don't judge photos they were from today...day of the review, the day after. “Our favorite pizza in connellsville. Try the pickle pizza or pierogi pizza!! Their junk yard wings are amazing. Wait time is always less than they quote. One time a driver wrecked in the terrible weather delivering to our place (they were ok thank goodness). They replaced our order, threw in an extra 2 liter and offered us a free pizza on our next order.Kid-friendliness: Lots of highchairs for kids if they need them. Plus, it's not a bar so it's not loud or crowded usually.“

“Arrived here on a busy Sunday around dinner and was treated to a table quickly.Our waitress was polite and attentive.The menu has something for everyone, but my large family went with hot cheese balls (cooked just the way you want them), fried pickles (best I have ever had), garlic bread (more like garlic loaves) and 3 pizzas (widow maker, Philly steak supreme and plain cheese).the pizzas were delicious. Toppings are plentiful and the crust is soft, crisp and perfect. Seriously good pizza pie!My family ate until completely full and we still had enough leftovers for the next 2 days.
