Going on 90 minutes and still no delivery. Should have ordered from a local pizza shop.
Placed an order at 5:20. By 7, no food nor phone call. We were told that they had “60 orders” which may have been true but the food should still come. We got a notification that the driver was in the neighborhood…30 minutes later no food. My wife was hung up on twice during this whole process too and they were rude to her.
Terrible experience just for one pizza for our kids. In the process my wife and I were late for our own dinner reservation dealing with this mess...read full review

😡PSA: Do not tip until you receive your food. Waited an hour and 45 minutes for delivery when email confirmation had delivery at 30 minutes. Called and was told many orders at the same time and only one person was making pizza. Asked for a refund and was told no that can't be done. Unacceptable! Never again!!
