This is a tough one. FWOT has been our go to for quite some time, but something back in the kitchen has changed. Quality has gone down. We thought it was just us, but our friends brought it up the last time we were there. Cheesesteaks & chicken steaks are different. Cheese sauce for fries is slightly drippy (watery) in a weird way. The chicken seems like it’s the same. Mozzarella sticks are now consistently coming out undercooked in the middle. We’ll go back, but sadly...

I met a coworker for lunch. We ordered, sat down and when I looked up, there was a server with my order. A+++. Used to go to other locations that have since closed and didn't realize this location existed until coworker asked me to meet him there. AWESOME!
