“It was an unforgettable dinner. The moment I stepped inside, I felt as if I had been invited to a close friend’s or family member’s home for a warm, intimate meal. The space is small, cozy, and wonderfully personal. The two chefs prepared and served each course with perfect timing, offering fresh, beautifully crafted dishes one after another without a single moment of dullness.
It was a joy not only to taste the food but also to watch the careful, thoughtful preparation behind every plate. The flavors were excellent, the progression of courses felt seamless, and I left with that perfect feeling of satisfied fullness.
There is no doubt that this restaurant fully deserves its Michelin one-star rating. A truly memorable dining experience.
The only thing I found disappointing was that, although I mentioned it was our wedding anniversary when making the reservation, nothing was acknowledged at all. The staff’s prepared guests’ birthday cakes, special party hats, cards and even a moment where the lights were turned off so everyone in the room could celebrate together. In contrast, our table didn’t receive even a simple mention of our anniversary.“

“Excellent dining experience. Service, by Kai, was as good as the food. A tad pricey, but this kind of cuisine and professional service should be. BYOB saves a few bucks, so I will be back. The endive salad with a Dijon vinaigrette was sublime and the Red Snapper the best we’ve had. Oh, and the New York strip steak was mouthwatering and cooked to perfection. Treat yourself and experience what fine dining is.“

“The lemon chicken tagine is to die for, and the macaroons are so delightful and flavorful. Soufiane catered for a small gathering and the food, presentation and service was excellent. I can't wait to visit the Cafe in person! Congratulations on your opening!!“

“We ate outside at Parc mid-afternoon today to celebrate our 61st anniversary with our family, including our granddog. Our meal was luscious throughout, though we were too full for dessert❣️I must say, the highlight for me was the tomato tart, which was delicate but hearty, and totally scrumptious. Thanks for a wonderful meal, and as always, we look forward to our next visit.“

“From being greeted by the students to the ambience and atmosphere this was an amazing dining experience. From the ingredients to the service and the food preparation I was very pleased by the experience at Bistro Perrier. I have dined in many French cuisine restaurants, Le Bec Fin, to Marcus Samuelsons restaurants. Different types of restaurants from Dubai, Turkey, Ethiopia, London, and Rome yet the experience level of service and genuineness love of cuisine, dining, and creating a welcoming atmosphere at the Restaurant school is unique.“

“Walking into a small dimly lit dining room with around 10 tables all conversing in their own way givea you that hygge feeling that an intimate dinner with friends is the forte here. One server seemed elegantly handle all tables and greeted us upon entering.
Mabu is a great BYOB option with fresh influence, we enjoyed the beet citrus salad and brussel sprouts, both bursting with flavor. We also enjoyed the beef bougionion which was a heavy flavorful dish great for a cold evening. Portions were great. Service and food were both punctual. Would be back for sure, perhaps if they could add a few more veg options is my only critique. Highly recommend!“

“We had dinner at Planchette yesterday in celebration of Father’s Day. In addition to my husband and myself, our daughter, son in law, and two adult grandsons shared the meal. The food was absolutely the best we’ve had in a very long time. Everything was perfectly cooked and delicious. The staff was wonderful too. Everyone knows it’s been very difficult getting and keeping staff since the pandemic hit. It’s a shame the folks that complained so bitterly about having to wait did not take this fact into consideration. We’d heartily recommend this restaurant for a fine dining experience.“

“I stopped in here for dinner and some beer because I love French food and Belgian beer. The place did not disappoint. The atmosphere is lovely with really fun, decorations, all through the bar and in the restrooms. I had the escargot and a side of hericots verts (green beans) which were absolutely delicious. The bartender Ellen was lovely. Highly recommend this place for the food and drink selection and service.“

“Vintage is always my first stop for a glass (or three - ha!) of wine with local friends and visitors alike. Incredibly impressed by the knowledge of the staff, variety of wines, and incredible food. Sarah is always happy to walk me through a tasting or surprise me with the latest red they have in. Love love love this place and the folks that work here!“

“We spent 4 days at a conference at the convention center and purchased most meals at Reading Terminal Market. Profi's did not disappoint. I chose a build your own savory with salmon, cheddar, spinach, and pesto, a crazy combination that worked for me. Others chose a sweet make your own with 2 berry fruits, and Nutella® , with crushed oreos. Also a wild combination that works.
We arrived early for breakfast at 8am with no line with quick service. We sat at one of the accessible tables in a central area of the market.
Signs are light letters on light brown background, fairly readable.
Accessible entry in main entrances and smaller entrances have 6 steps.
Accessible venue with adequate wide aisles, that get congested at busy times.
Accessible van parking in paid lot, a short walk to market“

“Love this space. Amazing spot that doesn't feel hotel bar at all. Great option for corporate ad hoc events - easy to get group seatings. Food is amazing and drinks are great! Service is good. Will come back and take more pics next time!!!!“

“From beginning to end, our experience was very delightful. Our reservations were for Afternoon Tea, to enjoy birthday a celebration. Arriving the valet was extremely pleasant &accommodating. No rushing us out of the car to attend to someone else. Our waiter, Miguil, was SUCH a pleasure. He explained all of our tea options in full detail. Took pictures for our party. And just all-around had a very refreshing, yet professional attitude. Great day had by all of us... even the guys who doubted that tea could be fun!! Thank you, Sofitel! We will be returning💗“

“I want to offer some feedback to your staff. Dining there with a friend on May 9th, I found the meal to be very good with a couple of slips. My friend's aspargus salad and cod were excellent. The mousse au chocolat was fine. However, two items I chose needed some rethinking: the pastry for the vol au vent and the rabbit. The pastry had melted into the snail and their excellent sauce; it was hard to find. The first of many I ate many years ago, the first in Tunis, was tasty and stood a firm 3" high filled with the farce. Perhaps assembly is the issue. The rabbit was the second. The meat was dry; the sauce had not infused into the flesh. Perhaps a longer low/slow cook time. Perhaps when getting a reservation, you could ask the customer what they were thinking of choosing. If it were rabbit, you would know the order in advance and prepare more slowly. Duck fat might be a good liquid to brown the rabbit. I had not dined at Spring Mill Cafe' since the mid-90s. Perhaps when I dine there again, you will have the b'stilla on the menu. Thank you for this opportunity. PJM“
