An amazing addition to Conshy. The tofu summer rolls were delicious. My grilled pork bahn mi was delicious as was my wife's tofu bahn mi. The bread is absolutely delicious! I had the beef brisket pho and the broth was delicious. Not too oily and had a nice complex taste that you want with good pho. The meat was tender. Food is very good. We ordered the Pho, some appetizers, and a Vietnamese hoagie.Definitely get the Pho while you are there! It is absolutely delicious.The Vietnamese hoagie was more of a play on a hoagie than a bahn mi, but still pretty good. It could be elevated by more/better cuts of meat.The staff is incredibly friendly.We will definitely be coming back :)

Nice to see decently priced Viet food in the suburbs. We tried the pho bo vien and pho tai. The broth flavor was good and the portions were generous. The restaurant had a modern design and the service was great!
