“My boyfriend and I were traveling through the area and decided to stop here for dinner at 8:30pm. We were a little worried that we wouldn't be able to find some decent food so late as we drove through Pennsylvania, but enter China Top and we had some of the best Asian food either of us have had!!The atmosphere of the place was exactly how we would expect a small restaurant with such incredible food like this would have. I sat in the car while my boyfriend waited for the food, and as soon as he got to the car, we chowed down because it was so good! We shared the roast pork lo mein, sesame chicken (the broccoli on the side was so unexpected and so good!!), and crab rangoons. Happily would recommend any of them to a friend :)”
“Food and service were great. Would definitely go back and recommend. Italian sub was great. The cheesesteak excellent. Love the bread they use....soft inside...crispy outside.”
“It's a great friendly little local bar. Struck up some good conversations with fellow patrons and the bartenders were fun and engaged. I was there on a quieter night but I still had a great time. I decided to go there with a date after eating at the Brass Buckle. It was recommended by our waitress and it didn't disappoint.”
“Originally tried Fratelli’s due to a catering event my work held for us . I Tried the cold cut hoagie and brought some home. Omg it was so delicious I had my bf try it and he loved it. It’s now 05/26/23 and we decided to take the family of three out for dinner to explore Fratelli’s other delicious dine-in menu options. We all ordered pasta dishes and appetizers that night. Money well spent because portion is huge here for price. I ordered the baked ziti and that was so good. Boyfriend had angel hair with oysters and said it was the best pasta dish he’s had. His daughter is so picky and she couldn’t stop eating, lol. Waitress staff was excellent here and always available if we needed anything! Overall great experience and worthy of returningKid-friendliness: Great”
“Food was awesome, portions were generous, price was reasonable. It has a nice atmosphere they have a full bar and it's a great place for a date or just a dinner out with some friends.”
“First time here and I didn't know what I wanted so I asked the guy working what he suggested and I got a salted caramel cashew sundae and it was absolutely delicious ? 10/10 would recommend.”
“Wonderful service, food and atmosphere. Had Valentines dinner at Top of the 80's. Everything was fabulous including the price and to top it off I received a carnation with babies breath and two chocolate covered strawberries!! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone that wants a lovely meal with spectacular views.”
“Smoker or not you have to check this place out! Food and drinks are outstanding and the atmosphere is warm and cozy! Danielle was one of the nicest servers there and took care of everything I needed! Perfect for a date night or enjoying great music! Thank you!”
“This place is absolutely fantastic! They are so accommodating to bigger parties! My friends and I came in for a bachelor/bachelorette party, immediately they had tables put together for all of us! Service at the bar was amazing and so was the food truck! I would recommend it to anyone in general but especially for special events!”
“Omggggg if your looking for a great hoagie or deli meats you need to run here, teleport even ? it's that good there homemade bbq, ranch and the carrot cake omg to die for.”
“This is a hidden gem. Best steak tacos ever and the margarita was out of this world. If I lived close I would go at least weekly. Service was fantastic! Very friendly people.”
“I always try to stop here for lunch when I’m in town. Love this place. Hasn’t changed a bit since I was a kid and that’s what makes it so perfect! Comfort food at its best!”
“Hidden gem off the beaten path. The neon lights at night show you the way to excellent ice cream. Staff was polite and service quick. I will definitely come back.!”
“Awesome breakfast! Very timely. Never let my coffee get cold. Food was very very good. Table of bff's next to me sharing mimosas. Another table of veterans enjoying each other's company. Can't wait to come back!!!”
“Very quaint, cute space. Lives up to the name of a "coffee bar". Was offered to have my coffee served in a glass, which was a brand new experience (there are also traditional to-go cups as well). There were two people ahead of me, and the wait time wasn't terrible, considering Dan, the owner, was the only one behind the counter at the time. He was really attentive to everyone who came in, stopping for a moment to acknowledge new patrons. His recommendation for a coffee from Honduras did not disappoint. It was very smooth and flavorful with no bitterness whatsoever. I paid $4.25 for a normal sized latte, which is cheaper than your Starbucks and Dunkin by a few bucks! All in all, really great experience. Nice folks, good coffee, good environment. Would strongly recommend.Dietary restrictions: Plenty of alternate milk options.Parking: Fairly small llot, but seems easy enough to find a spot even during the busier times.”
“I love the bakery pizza here and the pizza shells, and the cheese buns. I stop by here as often as feasible no matter where I have lived. Employees are awesome as well.”
“I was fortunate enough to be introduced to this café by a Dominican coworker. Since moving to Hazleton I have been disappointed by the seemingly total lack of cafés in the area. I love it here! The coffee is delicious and everything is made fresh, not left out sitting in display cases. We also tried some pastolitos (honestly not sure how to spell that!), and they were excellent. The dining area is bright, comfortable, immaculately clean, and very welcoming. Highly recommended!”
“Take a walk back in time to 1933. This place is a GEM. Small intimate bar and seating for 15. The phone rings non stop and the bartenders chirp orders into a microphone to the kitchen. Beer is fresh and ice cold and a steady stream of people come and go getting Pitza to go. We got a 12 cut half schamutz/Romano and half sausage hot peppers. The schamutz is flavorful and fresh tomatoes and pairs perfectly with the aged Romano. The sausage it shaved and the hot peppers have the right amount of spice and brine. Senapes in THE TRUTH.”
“You cant go wrong with ice cream really but the young ladies, even though a little timid, were very kind☺️...liked the fire place as well...country music in the background but not too loud. Television plaging the news i wouldve gone with cartoons?? ima revisit it was a nice and welcoming atmosphere Kid-friendliness: Ice cream of course, fried food, stuffed animal claw machine, gumball machine, drinks,Wheelchair accessibility: Theres no ramps, its ranch style so ease of access”
“Stop here today for lunch. Oh my goodness the food was outstanding. The service was great. Don’t have one negative thing to say about the restaurant. Definitely will stop there again.”
“Chicken is amazing. Fries had great flavor, but needed to be little crunchier for my liking. Loved the 80’s atmosphere for sure. 80s music playing and can play video games and board games.”
“Atmosphere is good for kids and families. Hired help are young and polite like ice cream shops should be! Ice Cream flavors were delicious and well represented! The HASHL Coaches Mom's ? took our kids there for the win! ?Staff handled the sudden boost in sales, many complicated orders, with ease and accomplishment! Great job Goodfella's staff and Owners/Managers. Go Dragons!? Highly recommend! AAA+++”
“Stopped in looking for a nice place to have breakfast with a nice atmosphere. Heard this place just started serving breakfast and decided to stop. Let me tell you this really hit the spot. The menu was so hard to chose from, everything seemed appealing. Did I want something to satisfy my early morning sweet tooth or something savory? I went for the Bobby D's special. It was recommended by my waitress, I believe her name was Kyrah. She was amazing! Very helpful, polite and made sure we were taken care of. Will definitely go there again!”
“The folks at Valley Pizza never disappoint. The pizza’s fantastic, the Stromboli is top notch, and they are always courteous and polite. Best pizza in the Hazleton area hands down.”
“There food is always delicious, I feel there better than all those other spanish restaurants that are in Hazleton. Try their food and staff is always friendly every time I call.”
“Great bar menu, food is delicious and served hot. Friendly atmosphere and personable wait staff. Live music on occasion. Can't wait to check out the outdoor pool and Cabana Bar. Motel accommodations on site. Dedicated and friendly owner!”
“The food at Stewards is great. This time we ordered turkey subs, chicken cheesesteak, and a chicken sandwich. Mixed reviews on the turkey. Chicken cheesesteak was a bit dry but had good flavor. The chicken sandwich was one of the best my daughter has had. Prices are ok. Real issue is waiting times - almost an hour for 4 sandwiches is a bit extreme - will have to plan ahead better next time. Only take out so only 3 stars for atmosphere.Parking: Limited side lot. Could park out front if you know your food is ready.Wheelchair accessibility: None”
“What a great hidden gem!! Great waitress! Great food...grilled meatball and sausage sandwich, yum! Great chicken salad!! Love a local neighborhood bar, restaurant!!!”
“WOW, guys you really give it your all it shows in all ways possible specially the flavors, and presentation of your food! again keep it up 100%original. Thank youI Highly recommend 309 for a good time when you want to eat good ?.”
“I don't usually review microbreweries but this place is a gem. You aren't overwhelmed with IPAs.....more stout than most places I've been to but a very good spread of flavors. Really enjoyed the jalapeno lager. Worth a visit.”
