“Came here for the first time with a friend.
The inn is vintage and lovely. A old photo of the restaurant hangs in the foyer. The food was nice and homemade. Very clean, and the staff was friendly. Our lunch was fresh and all the food coming out to other tables looked delicious.

“Since I’ve moved around the area two years ago this is my go to place, not only for pizza, but cheesesteaks, soups, hoagies, everything is outstanding. I ordered a cheese steak tonight, when I got home to my suprise not only did the cheesesteak look great as always, but they threw in some fries. The kitchen crew there does a phenomenal job, and the service is top notch. I’m glad to have this place 2 minutes away! Thank you and will order again next week! Lol“

“Mama’s has the best customer service! Whenever I go in there with my kids, all of the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. They always welcome us when we enter and remember us visit after visit. I have ordered very large catering orders for many school events and everything is always perfect. Today, I was hoping to chaperone a high school dance when the caterer for the event did not come through with the promised order. And they were left with several hundred kids that had not eaten yet. I called Mama’s and they had 30 pizzas delivered to us in no time! I highly recommend them from grabbing a slice at least much to family pizza Friday to catering your next event.“

“Absolutely sensational cheesesteak from Davinci’s Pizzeria in Whitehall. The meat was cooked and seasoned to perfection. The house sliced Cooper Cheese 🧀 was generously applied, as well as perfectly fried onions. The sandwich came together in Harmony on a seeded Liscio's Bakery submarine roll. You may have it toasted, which I believe is their standard or untoasted. I asked for an untoasted roll, and it was fresh as can be. Janis, who runs the show here, was an absolute delight! She answered a few questions I had with integrity and a smile. We talked about Allentown’s 6th Ward and we know some of the same people. She provided me a sample of their house made fries and house dipping sauce. The dipping sauce recipe wasn’t divulged, and for good reason! The fries are cut similar to a Frito Scoop, which is great for the dipping sauce! The cheesesteak was well above average, in my opinion. This steak is in the discussion for me with the elite shops in the area. The top photo is fresh at the shop. Bottom photo is after is was wrapped and brought home. I highly recommend Davinci’s. I look forward to hearing other experiences. #rushieeats“

We ordered their plain slices with the garlic Knot crust, and let me tell you I was impressed. The pizza came out so crispy, (I hate when I pick up a slice of pizza and it just flops over lol) but theirs was perfect! As soon as we walked in the staff was friendly and answered our questions. We just orders 4 slices and some garlic knots. The pizza was fantastic and the dipping sauce for the knots was great!! “My family has been going here for 15+ years. Never takes more than 10-15 minutes (worth the wait even if there was one). Very consistent quality. The pizza has never been greasy, even with pepperoni or sausage. The dough is very flavorful and doesn't need to be drowned out by garlic or salt to be good. Great yeast flavor profile. Best pizza in a 30 mile radius, maybe even more. Do yourself a favor and get a pie from here.“

“We were driving through Palmerton and noticed Papa Al's. My family and I decided to stop and give this restaurant a try and we are so glad that we did. We ordered calamari and bruschetta as an appetizer, Chicken Alfredo, Veal Parmigiana, & Gnocchi Bellan for dinner and I am in awe from how delicious and tasty our meals were. The veal parmigiana is huge! It covered the entire plate. My husband is a veal fanatic and said this was the best and most tender veal he has eaten. If I lived in the area, I'd be in debt with how often I would be at Papa Al's. Run don't walk if you have never eaten at this establishment.“

We each had pasta, shared a couple of slices, and brought home a chicken and cheese quesadilla for tomorrow. The food was great- really fresh, flavorful, and plentiful. The best part, though, was the staff. From counter staff to cooks, we were treated to very friendly service from the time we walked in until we left with bags full of leftovers, to an extent that stood out to us and made me want to leave a review. My son said as we were leaving, “I think we’re going to be talking about our dinner for the rest of the night,” and he was right. 10/10, can’t wait to return.“
