Angela, the owner, is great, super friendly and personable! I had the Carmel apple pie cocktail and pumpkin spice White Russian and they both were tasty drinks! They also decorate for the holidays so I will be back to check it out! Highly recommend on checking this tap house out!”

“Definitely a take-out spot and that's just fine. Do not go here if you are looking for a sit down dinner and do not leave a bad review because you didn't do your homework on the place and you were expecting to sit. They are a well-oiled machine at what they do. The ladies at the counter are just as authentic as the food itself. I believe other location in Wexford does have sit down options but I've never been up that way.

This is honestly a tremendous place if you are staying near the airport from out of town and want to try something regionally tied to Pittsburgh. This is a city/region that knows Polish food well and this is a great representation of that.

Service is quick and there are plenty of options. I am a big fan of their stuffed cabbage. The pierogies are my favorite in a region that loves pierogies. I've tried a few places but this place has the best dough/potato softness gradient, and if you order with butter/onions I believe you get the appropriate amount (not quite drowned). I don't see a lot of places that do pepperoni and cheese pierogies - I like to mix in a few of theirs from time to time.

Honestly, how I use this place the most is to buy a large order of pierogies to take to a family holiday dinner. Many times I have pretended I made them to the great astonishment of the attendees. They are always a smashing success.”

“Buffalonian approved. The wings were crispy and saucy. All sauces come in mild, medium, hot and xtra hot. I got hot garlic parmesan. It was delicious, but if you want heat, go xtra hot! Their xtra hot is a low end Buffalo medium. Still very tasty. Fries were good too!”

“Came back to the hotel after exploring the city, and this place was packed because there were a bunch of people staying for multiple conferences. Even though it was so busy we were able to place our orders and get a drink each.

I ordered the meatloaf sandwich with a Cesar salad, both were great! The meatloaf sandwich was very filling and I got full after both halves, the salad was crisp and fresh. The last order was a cookie with ice cream, which I did not have much of, only a taste and it was also very good!”

“This was my first visit since the renovation. Unfortunately, the updates make the dining area feel dull and overly gray, and the lobby now has more of a corporate chain restaurant vibe. That said, I came for the food—not the atmosphere.

Our server was very professional and attentive, and all of the food was served in a timely manner. The wedding soup was decent. We started with the stuffed banana peppers, and the sauce, cheese, and sausage combination was excellent. While the peppers themselves weren’t very tender and were a bit difficult to cut, I would still recommend the appetizer.

The portion sizes for the entrées were enormous. The Penne alla Vodka with shrimp was delicious, though I would have preferred traditional shrimp instead of butterfly shrimp. If you enjoy manicotti, I’d also recommend it—it was very tasty. The meatballs were tender and flavorful, highly recommend.”
