Well we read a lot of negative reviews but we’ve never had a bad experience. We decided to see if things had truly changed this week. Got a couple of our usuals, chicken Parmesan and meatball casserole! Great quality, good portion size, hot fresh and delicious!! We’ve always loved their sauce and it did not disappoint. Used to be one of our favorite places, but have ordered less and less. Why? Seemingly everything on the menu has increased significantly in price. $70 for zucchini planks and two chicken parm dinners (includes an upcharge of $8 for vodka sauce); that is ridiculous! The food is good, but it's not that good! Part of the attraction with Armstrongs was the reasonable price and the significant portion. I don't need food for days, though. I enjoy Armstrong's food and portions, but after spending $70-80 anytime I order takeout, I gave them up. I should also note that I'm a vegetarian, and therefore don't order food with meat, which usually means I pay less. Not at Armstrong's. The ladies at the front desk are also usually less than friendly.
