Got a couple of our usuals, chicken Parmesan and meatball casserole! Great quality, good portion size, hot fresh and delicious!! We’ve always loved their sauce and it did not disappoint. We had enough for leftovers for 2 more meals. Wedding soup, salads, pasta side and Italian bread all great too!! Yes, prices are higher but who’s aren’t since the “pan-dam-it”!! The Philly steak hoagies & spinach pizza are a plus other than the regular pizza & hoagies that we've gotten. “My friend and I met for dinner and had a delightful experience. Our server was personable and very knowledgeable on the menu. I chose the flatbread which was incredibly flavorful and filling and she chose the roasted chicken with purple carrots. It was also very delicious. I would definitely recommend trying this place out and I will definitely get back here in the near future.

“This is my pizza place. Everyone has their choice, and this one is mine. Florence serves a fantastic cheese pizza with a slightly crispy crust with a perfect balance of sauce and cheese. They don't spoil their cheese pizza with provolone and have a great sauce that isn't sweet and holds on the pizza perfectly.

Florence also offers other food that is great. Their pesto margarita was a wonderful change of pace with a homemade pesto sauce lovely globs of mozz.

The choices of 5 sizes of pizza allow you to get a small pie if it is just you at home or a jumbo pie that feeds the whole family.

Their store is small up front, but they make up for it with some of the nicest folks in Pittsburgh. New to the area, they are loving the town here and quickly making themselves at home here in the North Hills.

In a town that has a pizza shop in every plaza, Florence stands out with high-quality ingredients, great pizza, and a fantastic family run shop. I look forward to many more delicious pizzas and lots of other options from their menu.“

“What a surprise! My daughter chose this for her moving away dinner…we had never been there so wasn’t sure what we would get… it was absolutely delicious! It’s a very rare occasion that you find a restaurant that can properly cook seafood, especially mussels and scallops…. They did a fantastic job. Our server Alexis W. was awesome as well!“

The meat sauce was excellent as always. The Alfredo was very good but I think it would have been better if I had gotten some chicken with it. We ordered spaghetti with meat sauce and couple of meatballs , a small meat lovers pizza, and garlic bread. Everything arrived on time, food was hot and it was absolutely delicious. The young man that delivered our food (sorry - didn't get his name) - was polite, personable, and just lovely to deal with. “We often order delivery from here and are always impressed with the quality of the food, the quantity, and the speed of delivery. Tonight it was chicken parmigiana with angel hair and a side salad with fried zucchini as an appetizer for me, while my dad did the build-your-own-pasta with gnocchi and carbanara (bacon, mushroom cream) sauce and caesar salad. They said it would be an hour and it was only 30 minutes. I don't know how the fried zucchini travels and still arrives crispy, but they do it, and it's awesome, large slices, very generous, like a whole zucchini, with crisp, though not too thick, breading. It does not include a dip, only lemon wedges, but I have ranch dressing here. The chicken parmigiana was two large breasts, breaded, moist, and smothered in sauce and cheese. The side salads are generous with a thick slice of cucumber, grape tomato, red onion, and lettuce (the caesar - not real authentic but good - with croutons, black olives, grape tomatoes, lettuce, and parm cheese). We are never disappointed and always have leftovers. The one time something was wrong with our order, they promptly came back with what was missing and gave us a credit. Try the focaccia pizzas for a week's worth of great food! Highly recommended!!!“

“The gentleman who always takes my to go order is always so nice and friendly everytime! You can tell he is always is doing a great job. I get the deluxe cheese steak on pizza bread and it is so delicious and great size and one of my my favorite places to get a steak sandwich!! The Kris loaded fries are just that. One of the few places that aren't skimpy on toppings and I just love the fries that are slightly seasoned. They actually are my favorite place to get loaded fries. The white pizza is delicious as well! I have never had a bad experience which is unheard of for a place. I can't wait to try their wings. Thanks for doing such a great job all around!“
