Recently started to get pizza at Monte Cello's and have been satisfied and enjoyed the pizza, however, this evening it was a disappointment. There was hardly any sauce on it, the crust was very thin, less cheese and less pepperoni than usual. I hope this isn't going to be the norm.
Great food and excellent service!
Cranberry Monticello's screwed me on a $300 lunch order by accepting the order, accepting payment on the app... while being closed that day. Wexford Montecello's bailed me out by making that order (on real short notice btw)...and giving me a coupon for my troubles....which they absolutely didn't need to do, but did anyway). Cranberry offered an apology and a refund 2 days later. Wexford, your owner gets all my pizza party orders (which are 3 a month) from here forward.
