“Wow! What an incredible restaurant.

We were greeted by the owner, who is from Trinidad and is clearly passionate about his culture and the food, and his daughter. Together with his wife they run the business -it's great to support small local businesses with excellent products!

We placed a huge order of 2 stew meals, 1 chicken curry wrap, appetizer sampler, doubles, and multiple other sides.

All of the food was packed with incredible flavor, was perfectly cooked and was very reasonably priced.

We ordered enough food for at least 6 people and it was around $100, which I think is an excellent value.“

“Trip one of which I know will be many completed this evening. What a unique experience with their smoked BBQ with a Caribbean twist. Even my 2 year old daughter was absolutely devouring the jerk chicken. Talked with the owner for a bit and he’s super nice and down to earth. Just a guy focused ln growing the business and making delicious food. The oxtail was absurdly tender and the Caribbean rub was insane too; really a perfect combo. I mean, who else is making BBQ like this in Pittsburgh? Wake up taste buds. Chicken fell off the bone and again, the jerk seasoning was excellent. Also got the baked beans, collard greens and Mac n cheese. All hit. Can’t miss spot and I’ll be back for their brisket and beef ribs for sure.“

“As a native-born Peruvian, I'm pleased to state that Pikeo Catering (formerly Pisko Catering) has the most authentic and delicious Peruvian food I've ever tasted in the Pittsburgh area. Honestly, everything I've ordered from Doris (owner and head chef) is outstanding. As a few suggestions, I recommend that you start by ordering the Peruvian national dish, fish ceviche, the tuna causa, the chicken aji de gallina and, for dessert, the cookie alfajor. After you fall in love with Doris's cooking, I suggest you continue to try different menu items each time you order, because it is all REALLY good! 😋“

“This is a secret gem in Crafton. The food was phenomenal, went with the J*** chicken and Ox Tail as recommended by the server. I'd easily pay double. The price was very reasonable, portions were very generous and flavor was explosive. The server was the point gentleman working at that particular point in time and the restaurant was half full but he handled everyone with grace and efficiency, maintaining a great attitude. I'll be a regular going forward!“
