Good food with great
Jacksons Restaurant Rotisserie Bar, now known as Caroline's, faced challenges with a large group but had friendly staff. The classic Caesar salad was filling, and the Angus burger was delayed but tasty. A visitor before a concert found the lobster bisque disappointing but enjoyed the pierogies and chicken dishes, despite the high bill. The atmosphere lacked charm, but the bartender was efficient. While the menu lacked originality, the meals were satisfying, although some special requests were overlooked. Overall, the restaurant offers good food with room for improvement in service and menu variety.
