“Update: I was realllly craving the flavor and went again and this time it was fresh and amazing! Dining room was still meh but I got it to go. Hopefully not playing roulette each time I go but if it’s as good as it was this time . Updated review would give a 5/5 if it was consistent !

Have been here twice now. First time I did the self checkout. Second time I had a really nice lady help me at the counter , very personable . The tables were all gross and there was food on the floor both times I went . My first visit I went at around 7PM and my 5pc chicken was very dry and chewy, thought maybe it was a fluke as I only heard good things. Second time I had the same experience at 6PM , dinner rush time . The flavor on the chicken is amazing, very crisp as well. Just disappointed that it was so dry and chewy both times .

Might need to work on not preparing as much food ahead of time , not sure ? I want to go back soooooo bad as the spice and flavor is amazing but the chicken is a workout to eat with how chewy/dry it was and I don’t want to be disappointed a 3rd time .“

“This afternoon I was headed home alone with my daughter who had knee surgery at Children’s North and stopped to get her a milkshake before our hour ride home. As I handed her the milkshake I dropped it on the recovering leg and the employee doing expo at the window was AMAZING! She helped get her a new one and brought us extra napkins and wet wipes. She even offered to help clean it with me! Whomever you are, you are a fantastic example for staff and I appreciate your kindness during my anxiety ridden day!“

“We found the KFC location on Google but circled the parking lot twice looking for the entrance. Would be really great, recommended to more prominently identify that you have to enter via the "Grocery" door of Wal-Mart.
We almost gave up but were really hungry for KFC and are glad we persevered.
The order taker was friendly, nice, and helpful. (Unusual to come across that combo find anymore).
Then a short wait later, we got the food exactly as ordered, fresh and hot. Handed to me by another friendly and happy employee.
What a great ordering and filling experience.
Then we ate the food and all was very good.
Congrats KFC for having such great employees. The Fill Up Box was perfect collection of food and nice display. First time but definitely not last time, tried the nuggets, they exceeded expectations.“

“Daughter got the steak rice bowl and loved it. Wife got the fajita burrito and loved it and I got the chimichunga and it was amazing. We also shared the guac and chips and that was excellent!

Overall the price is good and the food is big. This is definitely our go to place when at the mall!“

“I went to Chick-fil-A yesterday to pick up a catering order for work. Let me just tell you, I had the best experience. Our business credit card wasn't really working to pay for the catering order, so I was causing a little hold up, but they were so kind, patient, and helpful to me. The supervisor, David, helped me with everything and even offered me a drink. After we finally got it sorted, I went to sit down and wait for my order. I was looking around during this time and taking note of my surroundings, and I came to notice that all of the workers were just being so kind and actually seemed to be enjoying their job. I know that's the Chick-fil-A standard, but it was just really nice to see. My catering order was done early, and David even gave us a complimentary tray of cookies for my boss and my troubles, and he helped me take my order to my car. All in all, this was a wonderful experience, and Chick-fil-A McKnight has some wonderful workers/staff. Will definitely be going back there!“

“This spot is one of the best locations ever. The employees are hardworking sweethearts too— they even recognize me and remember my name! The food, while certainly not fine dining, is always warm and fresh. Again, it is fast food but the service is fantastic and food is too. Everyone needs to recognize these hard workers. They feed us!!“
