The coffee was good but I’ve never been treated so poorly at the counter of a coffee shop. The young lady with red hair was extremely rude. Maybe she was having a bad day but it was a horrible experience

The second you walk into this coffee shop you are faced with hideous coffee “art work” and a mad barista that doesn’t like you or her job. I have been to CoffeeBrake multiple times and each time it gets worse. Between the bitter coffee and the tacky interior design and unwelcoming employees there is no reason to ever come back. This coffee shops wastes any opportunity to improve, the only thing it has going for it is the location which they fail to appreciate anyway.

walked in for the first time and the staff was super friendly. i got an iced butterbeer latte and for any harry potter fan reading this RUNNN, don’t walk for this latte. it tastes exactly like a real butter beer, but coffee edition. i will definitely be back!
Met a customer here for framing. It was a great meeting spot. Their coffee was fantastic.

I’m so disappointed with the quality of the bagel sandwich my husband and I received today. Our bacon egg and cheese bagels were very dry with black burnt areas on the bacon and the cheese was heated so much that it was the consistency of glue. So frustrating to have such a straight forward simple sandwich be so inedible. We will not be back.

This has slowly started to become my “go to” spot! I have yet to have a complaints about my coffee. It’s nothing crazy, but it’s not bad/gross coffee. The food is always fresh. They’re QUICK, even when busy. I was never a fan of the Evans City location, but this location is top notch. And I spend the same $ on the same drink and food with a tip HERE that I do at Dunkin’. Will support this place for those reasons especially.
