I have ordered from another location and it is nothing like cranberry! Thr employees are very friendly and prompt! I had an issue about the other location and spoke with Heather on the phone at cranberry store and she was very helpful with me on how to resolve the issue!I will always order from the Cranberry location!

This store was fairly efficient. The cookies were delicious, but the wait due to only one functioning self-serve kiosk and three workers making cookies, not paying attention to the counter, resulted in a back-up. Once the order was placed, the wait was less than ten minutes.

The cookies are great. Large, usually warm, and well adorned with treats. The folks that work there are always helpful and friendly.Kid-friendliness: Well, cookies.... There's that. There's no seating in the store. It's just takeout. There's also very little in the store other than a couple of self checkout registers. All in all, not much to interest (or distract) little ones
