Typically i love crumbl, but on my last visit I checked in and it said I was "first in line". It took almost 20 minutes still to receive my cookie because there was only 1 employee packing the cookie orders while at least 4 employees were just talking or icing cookies. When I walked out, the order queue screen was at 13 people. Why wouldn't some additional employees help pack the cookies to speed up the line and help out the one employee at the front?
i have officially missed the evolution of Crumbl, but i am happy to have rediscovered it after its full transformation from random cookie flavors with the same ole icing to VARIETY. ANDDDD they have minis! total game-changer.
Crumbl left me feeling a little crumbled. I feel this place is more of an experience than anything else. Presentation is great, service was pleasantly standard, and the atmosphere felt Gucci. Their offerings are extremely sweet, sugar overload. Tasted as if there were too many unneeded ingredients. However, your mileage may vary if you’re into enamel tingling sweet. I did the experience, but am left with a lack of interest to return for more. Wouldn’t be a bad place to take...
