I used to come by about once a month even in the winter for ice cream as they are always just the fastest and most efficient. Unfortunately this location doesn't have the chocolate sprinkles which is my absolute favorite, so I usually get the chocolate dip but that's kind of plastic tasting. So I tend to go to the other locations that still have the chocolate sprinkles now, but sometimes when I'm in the area I still stop here.
They keep this location very clean which I appreciate. Staff is always friendly and other than not having the chocolate sprinkles they always have everything else. I do prefer to go somewhere where they have my favorite options but if I'm in the area sometimes I'll swing by here anyway and it's always a good experience.

This establishment is always somewhat dirty and uninviting with slow and poor service. I really dislike coming here— we usually only do when we have a gift card to get rid of. Here is the $6 kids meal (cold) we were given after 20 minutes of waiting. Never received the beverage.
