Andrew Williams is easily the best delivery men I've ever interacted with and is always friendly, accommodating, consistent, timely and professional. David Kronewetter has always been great with his customer service and helpful advice in placing orders and Bob Conroy has the friendly and positive personality that you can't help but appreciate.I'm a big fan of DiBella's sub and the only complaint I have is that my waistline is furious.Fantastic food and great service. You can't go wrong with a lunch from here.

The sandwich tray we had for catering was fantastic. Condiments, pickle spears, side salad we're all fresh and well packaged. All the utensils required to serve the tray along with the specialty salad sides were provided along with plates and napkins. All we had to do was add people. Highly

I do not recommend this place for a sub. I also will not be back. There was barely any meat on this sub its all bread and no fillings. I got the uncle Louie and the meat that was on this was chipped and basically nothing. Very disappointing especially for the price for the sub we paid over $20 for a sub and two drinks you think you'd be able to get a full meal out of it other than just carbohydrates.

For this place to claim that they are the best in subs is about as much false advertising you could get. I ordered a a Chicken Buffalo Cheesesteak and when I got it not only did it have the subway style chicken they just threw on the grill and added some peppers and onions. No buffalo flavor and certainly not a chicken cheesesteak I would even remotely tell someone order. This place was so bad I can only say the cookie was good. I went back to Sheetz up the street to finish lunch. Do better.

I'm glad they now have bacon as a meat option on their menu and I'm glad they continue to serve Pepsi Products, lately they have been getting the orders right unlike the earlier times I've gone, one thing I think they could do to improve things is add Dijon mustard to the condiments

Don't get me wrong, the sandwiches are delicious and the building is very clean. Great style inside and out. But the last time we went in there, we were completely ignored at a time where it wasn't busy at all. Maybe it was a bad day. Sandwiches are a little pricey

DiBella’s Subs is solid, I have never had a bad sub here. Hot sandwiches are the way to go, the Godfather is my favorite. They typically aren’t busy, so the service is fast. Every sub is made to order.Losing a star because the staff could be friendlier. They do keep the restaurant clean.
I order from DiBellas often for business and personal events/meals. I order from many restaurants in the area and they are one of the few I never have an issue with. I always have a great experience with ordering and delivery. Their catering prices are reasonable and their customer service is always great! I will continue to order from DiBellas in Cranberry Twp regularly.

The bread they make is delicious, and the subs are awesome most of the time.. If you walk in and the owner isn't there, don't count on getting a quality sub. It's uncanny too, I've had DiBella's from this location maybe 20 times this summer and almost every time the owner wasn't there, the sub was SUB par. Borderline gross if it's not done right. But when the owner is there, count on getting a hot, quality made sub.

Food was good. Everything came out as ordered but holy cow is the whole staff miserable and hate their jobs. The only friendly person working here was the older gentleman(assuming manager). Horrible experience from ordering, paying, and getting the food. Employee rolling eyes, making rude gestures, etc. Saying you're welcome as your customer thanks you goes a long way!!
