Trust me the atmosphere does not matter when the service and food is horrible, poor communication to understand a vegetarian order and no options, recommend not going here at all. Not worth your money

Used to be good but I just had a really bad experience. I was there with my toddler and asked for a quick quesadilla and a quick enchilada the second I sat down. We were clearly in a hurry, not crazy but enough for them to see it was quick for me to order. Nothing came for ever. Couldn’t find anyone around. Food came and it was so long for just a tiny little tortilla hardly cooked with like 1 tablespoon of measly cheese that didn’t fill the whole thing for my daughter. she wouldn’t even sit to eat because it didn’t even look like a quesadilla. Took forever for them to box everything up, I didn’t know where they went. I was clearly in a rush with no recognition of that from them. I wish I could get refund for the entire experience. I tried to call but they don’t answer. It was such a bad time and nobody was even around to care. I’m sorry if they were having a bad staff night but just tell me or care about me too, please.

Chic Hair Affair
We discovered this restaurant on Facebook. Upon arrival the hostess was pleasant. Everything after that was downhill. The server took some time before he came over to the table. Then I quickly noticed. He was also tending to the bar. That was strange because there were so many other Services around some just standing. The chips were burnt. The salsa was water watery. My friend inquired about her birthday reward that was advertised, and the server quickly dismissed it and said that she needs to contact corporate! Our queso was very stiff. The food was not tasty at all. The tacos were bland. The server was not very attentive at all …….to our table.

This place does false advertisement on Facebook. It said you receive a free entrée for your birthday yeah it never came in the email or text. When I brought it to the waiters attention, he couldn’t care less, and he blamed it on corporate. The chips and salsa suck! Chilis has better chips AND salsa! The cheese dip was very stiff. I literally broke chips, trying to grab the dip. My waiter refused to get the manager.

Recent visit was depressing, hostess is miserable and a bit rude. no music, servers look unhappy. Food portions are now smaller. sorry I had to change my review as this place was used to be my favorite but unfortunately it's not worth it anymore.

We ate lunch and without melted cheese (shredded cheese) enchiladas. Sauce was kinda hot, but inside barely melted cheese. Last time we go there.
