I am extremely disappointed with this place. The manager was very very ignorant. Their plates are dirty and have old food on them, and I found numerous hairs in my food and not to mention their noodles are bland. I used to love going here as a kid. It’s such a shame that this is how it turned out. and when I had bring it to the manager that there was hair in my food, she told me I should’ve told her right away and that my picture was AI and she was not going to give me a refund nor a discount.

We love this ichiban! Always fast and tasty, and Kyle is the best chef! Super fun and engaging, great sense of humor.

food was good but the service was terrible! i haven’t seen our waitress in 45 mins and we are sitting here waiting to check out! i could have performed a craniotomy between the time our food came and now and still no refill. BOOO! I started with a 2 bc the food is good but since i’ve been waiting so long it went down to a 1

I normally love hibachi but i couldn't even force the food down here. It all tasted like the grill hadn't been cleaned in years...an old burned grease type of taste. Also, I ordered filet mignon but was served a low grade shredded meat instead. The sushi was good and is the only reason there sre 2 stars instead of 1. Service was really slow and I was thirsty. My food got cold waiting for a refill. That made the bad taste worse. Do not recommend. I would have sent the food back but the server never came back.

Opened on time and we were well taken care of. The servers gave us space but also got us our food quickly and didnt forget about us. I haven't had a bad item. Great food.

Family love it. Pricing was decent and the staff was friendly and kind. We have 2 young girls and they were amazed.
