The sushi at Jimmy Wan's has been going downhill for years. Just went there and I didn't even want to finish my sushi. Service is great but the food is not!

Delicious sashimi, and a casual laid-back atmosphere.went on a Saturday and it wasn't crowded at all. the crab rangoons were fantastic, so was the drink I had.thanks!

First time here and it was great!! Beer wasn’t the coldest but still good. Our waitress was very nice and accommodating to my uncle that was in a wheelchair. Definitely going back.
The food was real good I’ll be thinking of it till I’m on my death bed, I think a little improvement on the service is needed the lady at the bar seemed rather bothered when she was asked for anything and blatantly ignored me a couple of times. Good food though!

I use to eat there almost every week when they first opened and now well this was probably the last for a while. The menu is too large and they are having difficulty with quality especially the sushi. I had a little sushi at the restaurant about 6 months ago and it was okay to good, but everytime I get it delivered the rice is hard, some of the salmon is fishy and the dressings and wasabi are just weird. It cost a lot the last few I've gotten it only to throw a lot of it away.

I eat out a lot and have been at both locations. This location is bad. The food quality is no where near what it should be for price. When i pay $84 for lunch for two people and we get cold duck and soggy beans that is bad. Furthermore who brings food and doesnt refill your drink? The waiter let me sit there 15min with no drink after the food was delivered . That is unacceptable!This location ran by jimmys son is a stain on his legacy. If you search you can find this location even had a violation in the kitchen from the dept of agriculture over bugs. If you want good Chinese go to the fox chaple location. That location is ran well and outside of one waitress that should be fired it is a great restaurant. I have been to that location easily a 100 times.Also note how the restaurant only responds to good reviews, tells you something doesn’t it.

Not a good experience on 3/2 at J Wans. We had a family member visiting and had always raved about the food here.Our server was MIA most of the evening so we had to ask other servers to come to our table. 2 meals were brought out, we waited for the 3rd- at least 10 minutes then requested the server. Sigh.Attached is my dinner- the triple green chicken. Scary. The restroom was filthy and the floor by the hostess desk had something very ugly on it.Total disappointment.
