Can’t give the food a rating because I didn’t get that far, I understand being short staffed or whatever, but when a customer is standing there ready to order and nobody even acknowledges them or says I’ll be with you in a minute that’s absolutely ridiculous. A worker even brought food up to the counter for another customer looked right at me and didn’t say a word, so ya I took my business elsewhere.

It took them 30 minutes to make an 8 piece nugget and they were not busy just fooling around I would 100% not recommend coming here

Really good chicken as long as it's fresh out of the fryer. They have a great chicken sandwich but it must be fresh out of the fryer. I do like the original but sometimes the extra crispy is good as well

I went in with my family of 4; It was 8:50 pm and they closed at 10. As soon as we stepped in, the cashier told another employee across the restaurant that they were gonna have to make chicken. Of course we didn’t expect them to be ecstatic, but their faces alone were not welcoming at all. As we’re looking at the board my son came to me and said the employee asked him to stay on the other half of the restaurant. There was a family eating on the big table and no other table accommodated 4 people. We decided to grant their wishes and leave. Too bad cause my kids like KFC, but Walmart’s $6 chicken was much more welcoming.

I came around 5 while there were a few others there, the cashier was very polite though the manager was very rude and threw my food down in front of me, she also cursed loud enough for me and my children to hear from the window area.
The food was old and dried up and the gravy was slimy, not very appetizing at all.
