This location has gone down hill fast. Almost every time I have went in the past year my order has been incorrect, staff ignores you and some young women on staff are dressed in tight spandex shortie shorts which is inappropriate. My take out order tonight was incorrect and one of the items was barely cooked and had so much sauce it’s almost inedible. If you order take out, check it before you leave as it will likely be incorrect or prepared with no regard for the person eating it.

Place was super understaffed, chips everywhere, on the floor, the backside of their work stations, I was given a much smaller portion than my partner who was right next to me. Dining room was a wreck with no tables cleaned, stuff all over the floors, food was mediocre and no "welcome to Moe's". Moe's you need to make this right!!!
I’ve gone a few times and in the beginning had great experiences. But most recently id say in the last few months the 3/4 times I have gone it was horrible experiences. The food would be cold and no exaggeration they wouldn’t put hardly any food in the bowl. I could still see the bottom of the bowl. It happened a couple times and I let it slide thinking maybe it was just that time but after it reoccurring I called the manager to explain what had happened they said they would handle it and gave me a credit on my moes account. I then decided a little while later with that credit to attempt to try it again and again we barely had any food in the bowl and quality wasn’t great. So I’ve decided maybe I just won’t be coming to this location anymore. It’s unfortunate and I hope they start to make some changes.

Ordered food from these people at 5:50 on a Tuesday, told us to pick it up at 6:06. When we got there at 6:10 I asked the boy at the register about the status of the order, as in the app it said the order was “complete”. He told me he had the order and was waiting on the kids quesadilla… watched the food sit there for 20 minutes as they served practically every other customer in the restaurant, then some line cook very rudely asks “what are you waiting on?” before finally making a quesadilla that took 20 seconds for them to make. Don’t eat here, a bunch of children that have no respect for other people’s time. All I got was a mumbled “sorry for the wait”

i usually love moes and love the tacos and quesadillas. but today i was highly upset. i ordered through door dash cause im at work. i ordered 3 tacos with extra protein and a steak quesadilla. quesadilla was fine but my tacos were not. one taco had no meat at all! when i ordered EXTRA. the chicken i got was burnt on the other tacos and just was really a let down. im not one for making reviews but after spending nearly $40 on food and doordash only giving me a measly $4 back is kinda sad. Wont be ordering from this location in the future.
