This place used to be super clean. It really needs a good scrub down or a remodel bathroom was messy the cloth on the sheets in the booth looked dirty . Food was good. everyone was wearing gloves hopefully they changed them in between customers. I was watching the guy sweeping the floor with the gloves on if he would have waited on me, I would’ve asked him to change his gloves The woman who waited on me, had gloves on already, and I just prayed that she didn’t touch anything else. I was there after lunch rush.

I added a star for the inconsistencies. I've been during lunch, and it has the possibility to by my favorite quick meal to grab around. Super clean, good portions, super friendly. However, this is not always the case and just recently went for a dinner with my family and the entire staff was rude and not friendly at all, portions were smaller then Chipotle which is really bad, and the food wasn't even as warm or flavorful as this location has offered previously. The evening shift offers the worst costumer service in Cranberry.

Ordered from this location a few weeks ago and part of my order was left off. I complained through the app and heard nothing back essentially paying for items I never received. No big deal it happens.
Last week order again only to be told they are out of gauc. Ok, kind of important ingredient to be out of at moes but still interested. Take my food out get home and realize they again left out part of the order. Complained through the app and instead of being refunded money I gave them for items I did not receive, I got more points. ??? How is that possibly a solution to my problem. Ultimately done with this location and probably moes as a whole.
