We had a great experience here. Kids loved watching their ice cream getting made and they had lots of delicious toppings to choose from. They also had a good bit of games for the kids to play with as well so I didn't feel rushed eating my ice cream treat.

How in the world have we waited so long to go here?? This place is awesome! So cool inside with modern comfortable seating and trendy games and hang out spots to enjoy your delightful masterpiece in while entertaining yourselves. Lots of dairy free options, as well as an amazing assortment of flavors and styles. So good! Fast, friendly excellent service at a great price point. Shout out to Aiden for his excellent customer experience! We can’t wait to return.

This is a different spin on iced cream ?It's different from soft serve and typical pints of iced cream. You get to see the ice cream frozen and flavoured in front of you, and then rolled up and put into your cup or waffle cone.Great flavour and tasty!Treat yourself and that special someone, or bring the entire family along for this sweet treat, you'll not be disappointed.There isn't a ton of room to sit, so be prepared to eat in the car on a busy summer day.

We visited Naturoll today at around 7.47pm. My daughter who is 8 just finished her hockey tryout and as a treat she wanted Naturoll. When we were inside the store, one of the workers put up a sign saying their last order is at 8.15pm. There was a huge line. Some people left. I asked my daughter if she wanted to go somewhere else but she was craving for Naturoll. I obliged. We waited in line until 8.20pm. We were second in line by this time. Then the worker made an announcement they won't be making anymore ice cream. I pulled my daughter outside. However the lady in front of us and the couple behind us in the line didn't go out like us - which made us curious. So I asked my daughter to go back inside and ask if they could still make her ice cream. The worker told her no - simply because we left the line and others didn't after they made the announcement. They refused to entertain an 8yo who has been patiently waiting and counting the time until her turn. To say we are disappointed that they have no compassion for a little person is an understatement. I'm gobsmacked they would entertain 3 adults but not a child. I refused to visit Naturoll again.

The freshest ice cream I have ever had!The ice cream rolls were both delicious and entertaining to watch.You must try the flavor of peanut butter.
