My wife's order was wrong. Although is was not busy, it took a long time to get our food. The overall condition of the restaurant was not stellar. A lot of tables were dirty, the ice machine was broken, and the trash cans were over full.However, the food was fresh and delicious, and although the experience was not perfect, the quality of the meals we got made up for it.

Three days in advance, I ordered a catered order for pick up at 8am on 4/20, which was accepted and paid for. Got there at 8am and was told it wouldn't be ready until 9am!! So I had to make 2 trips and now breakfast at my event is late. Why couldn't they have called me to save my additional trip...and to inform me they couldn't meet the order I paid for in advance?? I am not sure if I will order from them again and I certainly won't pay in advance if they can't fulfill the order on time.. Isn't that what catering events is all about?

I am utterly disgusted by the abysmal state of the restrooms at this Panera branch. The level of filth and neglect is beyond comprehension. The toilets were the dirtiest I have ever encountered, with layers of grime and filth coating every surface. It’s shocking and utterly unacceptable that a supposedly reputable establishment would allow such appalling conditions to persist. This complete disregard for basic hygiene standards is a disgrace. I strongly advise management to take immediate action to address this issue before it drives away more customers.

This is the worst Panera I’ve ever been to... They can’t keep up with the orders. They’re never fully stocked or staffed. Yesterday I waited 40 minutes for an online order that they had never even started. Avoid this Panera. I was there for over an hour, and still never got my food, they hadn’t even begun preparing it. I’m done with Panera after this

This is the most frustrating restaurant. The food is way overpriced, the quality is poor, and the service is a mess. The website and app go down frequently, nobody at the store picks up when you try to call.

McAleer !!!

This place is very poorly managed. They leave new trainees left to do all the work. Manager slowly walked around oblivious to the line up out the door. The cashier was kind but not quick. So many problems and mistakes were made. Like telling you 15 minutes after you are waiting gor your food that they were out of that item. Lots of workers but no one knew what they were doing. Could improve with the right management. Something horrible has happened after 2020 to many Panera locations. Slow lines, expensive food and horrible staff.

I go here often. I want it to succeed. There are so many things going right for this place. So much seating, such a good location, and the Wifi is dependable as hell.BUTIt's really hard to know when you'll get even a simple order like a sliced bagel with cream cheese. The process after you order is all over the place.It seems to be in disrepair - like how are you going to have a busted front door for weeks and weeks?The men's room is atrocious. And stays that way.and the toilet flushes with hot water??? that is impressively strange.I really hope the owners & managers make a turnaround happen because a lot of people really want to like this place. It just needs some TLC

The wait time for Rapid Pickup is insane. The one in Fox Chapel has my food made within 5 minutes of my order. This one takes at least 10 or more. Not great for a quick lunch run.

I wish I could rate the food, service and atmosphere, but every time I try to go to this location, it’s unexpectedly closed 4 hours early. You drive however long it takes to get there, only to find paper taped to the door saying they closed an hour ago. I totally get staffing shortages or whatever they’re going through, but somehow find a way to let people know online so they don’t waste gas. That’s money.
