Three days in advance, I ordered a catered order for pick up at 8am on 4/20, which was accepted and paid for. Got there at 8am and was told it wouldn't be ready until 9am!! So I had to make 2 trips and now breakfast at my event is late. Why couldn't they have called me to save my additional trip...and to inform me they couldn't meet the order I paid for in advance?? Very disappointed that Napa chicken salad sandwich was discontinued, my favorite go to, not taken with the new options, bread and French onion soup delicious as usualOrdered fuji apple salad as my other pick 2 itemLove the orange scones

My wife's order was wrong. Although is was not busy, it took a long time to get our food. The overall condition of the restaurant was not stellar. A lot of tables were dirty, the ice machine was broken, and the trash cans were over full.However, the food was fresh and delicious, and although the experience was not perfect, the quality of the meals we got made up for it.
