I love Starbucks and that’s why I gave it a 2 star, but I unfortunately did not have a good customer service experience this morning. Not that this needs explained but I work at the college across the street and we have first day of classes today! I work until 7pm tonight and so I knew I wanted to celebrate with a chocolate covered strawberry frap! I knew the strawberry puree would be out like it always is later in the night, so I was going to get one before I went to work!...read full review

Employee was too worried about shoving his tip machine into my hands that I didn't wanna hold than getting my order correct. It's more polite to ask if I would like to tip than shoving a machine into my hands and telling me I can have the whole thing in my car. I should have save the money I tipped since the order was wrong and the staff is expecting tips even for bad service.

Starbucks is a popular restaurant that offers a varied menu and a pleasant dining experience. The staff, particularly the cashier, is praised for their exceptional service, with one reviewer describing the cashier as "the most incredible" and a "ray of sunshine." The store's merchandise selection is also noted to be larger than the reviewer's local store. While the posted hours may be inaccurate, the overall impression is positive, with the location and service being highlighted as great.
