Great customer service is impossible to find!!! But not when your at this Subway! Today i went in about 11 a.m. and was greeted by a lovely gal named Harley and another wonderful woman(I am so sorry I forgot your name). They gave amazing service and were so pleasant!!! Thank you ladies for being awesome!!!!

Moved here recently from out of state and done a few pickup online orders. It's the same woman behind the counter who just seems miserable. She never smiles and start every encounter with "Hi, be with you in moment have online orders ahead of you". Never even asking if possibly that order is for me. Just seems very robotic and no personality. I've seen a few reviews with her mentioned and one with a picture. I never can see her name Tag as it is written in marker. Hope she finds a smile.

Takes forever to get your food. The last three times have been there it took 20 plus minutes to get our food due to only one employee working. She works hard but is under constant pressure and if you ask her a question she snaps and starts running g her mouth the other customers that she is the only one there.

Over half the toppings were missing on my two subs... So disappointing to get a pickup order and get it home only to have both subs missing over half the requested items. Such a bummer! Especially since the subs aren't cheap.

Just got my sub from here. Staff is very rude. Least you can do is treat everyone pleasantly rather than passing sarcasm on a genuine request. Not coming here again.

The last time I was in I bought a sandwich and the employee said we are out of tomatoes. That was three months ago. I went in today and they claimed to be out of tomatoes again. Are they short on tomatoes or do they just not feel like cutting any. I won’t be back.

Just ordered a wrap from here.. the lady was really messy and she was using her bare hands to put shredded cheese on the Italian bread, ew. The guy that made my order did a good job though.
